I have been using this specific hair dye for over 15 years, always at the same salon. I chose this dye because it had never caused any irritation or itching problems until now. Today was the last time I used it... The application was done at the same salon and nothing changed in the composition of the dye, as the color result has remained the same for many years. However, today I couldn't tolerate it on my head at all. It caused burning, stinging, and discomfort from the first 10 minutes. The salon told me that other customers have complained about the same exact reasons and that they have reported it to the company's sales representative, mentioning that something has changed in the composition. I'm very sorry, but they can't play with the composition of a product that has been safe until now.

The color is achieved, it fades relatively quickly, but it doesn't cover white at all, I didn't have many but they remained as they were, I did it during pregnancy for better results, however, when you start the process of dyeing, you want the whites to be covered too!!! It's logical! Yes, it doesn't bother like a dye without ammonia, but it doesn't fully dye them, I was disappointed, I gave it a second chance, the same thing happened twice.... Resulting in having to do highlights with ammonia in those specific areas... As the hairdresser suggested, like a hole in the water. It's a shame because it's a quality dye. Without ammonia, when I do it, they are covered, at worst, it may not catch on 1-2 strands, but here they remained as they were!! They were not covered at all. I don't know what the problem is...

Overpriced and mediocre product. They have them in all hair salons and charge them significantly more expensive than regular ones, presenting them as natural but they are not, they are just ammonia-free. I tried them for slightly better coverage than completely natural ones that I used to get. The coverage was slightly better than completely natural. The color came out much darker than I wanted, even though they used 8, 8.33 which is blonde at the salon. Since I applied them a month ago, the water comes out colored when I wash them. Especially at the beginning, I couldn't believe it. It turned brown or like a bathtub as if it had dirt. The color faded a lot within 1 month, so at least it gradually comes to the result I want. But it fades quickly. Positive that it doesn't smell and because it has some oil in it, it leaves the hair soft. But for me, who has oily hair, they became even oilier afterwards. It would probably suit dry hair better, to balance out the dryness. Overall, I would say it is very expensive for what it offers.
