I have had the phone for ten months and I am amazed by the comments of several users that it loses signal and has no signal. Terrible phone. Even worse company. The phone froze. It heats up a lot to the point where you can't touch it. And the service center won't take it to repair it for free under warranty. They are asking me for €140 to change the battery, screen, and internal frame. Unacceptable phone, tragic company. Stay away from Xiaomi Redmi. Wasted money.

  I have been a holder of this mobile for a year. I am completely satisfied with this mobile and it has fully met my needs. First of all, there has not been a single time that it has frozen or given me any errors at all. Its battery lasts a whole day with many hours of internet browsing as its main use, it charges to 50% in less than 20 minutes so I have never run out of battery since it charges incredibly fast with the included 67W fast charger (unlike other companies).
  I saved the best for last. Incredible camera. I didn't expect it, but it takes very good photos with very good resolution. Even at night, the results are amazing, it even has a special setting that truly makes night look like day! The same goes for videos, it shoots without any problems even in 4K!
  Great job by XIAOMI, for its price it really has nothing to envy from more expensive mobile phones.

  very mediocre phone.... in many cases well below average. Bought Christmas 23 for 280 from imob Vrilissia...... Quite a good camera while it doesn't lag at all...!! Unfortunately, however, it constantly loses signal both for the number and for the wifi.. I spoke with the company but unfortunately we didn't get anywhere despite the service that was done (within warranty). Fast battery charging yes, but the phone becomes an oven.... to the point that the battery has swollen and the device has slightly warped..... Many times (without charging) winter summer it overheats easily with moderate use and gives a overheating message. A problem especially when you have GPS...(And we're talking about short distances not long distances which is reasonable to strain) It's not worth the purchase....!!!! regardless of price.... Phones like Oppo in the range of 150€-200€ are really much better... That's it from me.... Unfortunately, Xiaomi has lowered the quality and I won't choose it again

  At first, it was perfect, I thought I had hit the jackpot, very nice photos, very fast in everything I opened, very good quality of the camera, incredibly fast charging, very good screen resolution, very bright. The MIUI was a bit unacceptable, but I was willing to overlook it as long as the phone was performing well.

  Now, after a year and something and after the "upgrade" to hyper os that I was eagerly waiting for, I was disappointed to the point that I changed my phone. The apps started to freeze, especially the camera and maps, they have crazy lags and overall it has lost its smoothness. It was my first XIAOMI, I was a fan of Samsung's mid-range for many years, but after 2 years, they also start to decline. I went for the first time to a flagship (s24) because with mid-range phones from any company, you don't see progress, unless you don't mind changing your phone every 2 years.

  It is a very fast mobile phone and its battery definitely lasts all day with frequent use, even with continuous video playback. The camera is good, but not anything amazing. I had the redmi note 8 (top value for money mobile phone even now I would say, although older) before and I would say that the camera of the current one is slightly better. After a few months, it had some minor glitches on Instagram and needed a reboot, but it is very likely that the application was to blame at that moment.   I upgraded from Redmi 9. I have had it (the 12) for a few months now and it is a very good mobile phone. It is worth its money. It takes good photos, videos, and you can play games well (Genshin Impact, Roblox). The only problem is that the headphone jack is on top, so it's not very convenient. The battery is still good.   I received my phone today. I had the 8 Pro since 2019 and my expectations were high. At the moment, it offers me what the 8 Pro does and a little less, as it doesn't take extra memory and doesn't have notification lights. I think that reaching the 12 Pro should be more flexible and have many more features. I don't know why, but for now, the old one still excels in many ways. I'll see how it goes and I'll come back.

  I will ruin the 5/5 rating it has so far.

  I'm coming from a Redmi Note 8 Pro. (I changed it after 3 problem-free years because I had a subsidy).

  The phone is fast, takes good photos and very good videos. The screen has very good resolution and perfect colors. I bought it for 270 (it was 400€ with a smartwatch (130€) which was out of stock and I had a subsidy of 210€ so I paid 60€).

  BUT the battery is disappointing. It doesn't last even a day. I don't know if it's the 5G or something else I have on, but the 3-year-old 8 Pro lasts longer. (I've also asked a question if anyone can help).

  Overall it's good but the battery ruins its perfection.

  Coming from a mi 8 (still flying the damn thing)
  a. Screen is excellent 9/10
  b. Main camera is very good 8.7/10, just protrudes a bit from the phone, the other 2 are just for show.
  c. Processor is quite good 8.5/10, didn't freeze in games, apps, etc. and has fast internet connection.
  d. Battery is excellent 9.2/10, lasts me 1+ day with heavy usage.
  e. Sound is impeccable 9.4/10
  f. It has NFC, audio jack (maybe the only company that still has it), infrared, and everything one needs today.
  g. The earpiece is loud, so it needs to be lowered.
  h. You need to get used to its volume and weight, like me coming from mi8.
  Unfortunately, it comes with Android 12, and miui needs fixing.
  Also, with the case it comes with, you need a screen protector because the screen is much lower than the case. Charging is very fast. I got it in a beautiful blue color, but not exactly as shown in the manufacturer's photo.
  I believe it's an ideal choice for an average+ user like me, and I don't regret my choice at the price I got it, I'm just trying to get used to its size, but it's a sturdy and high-quality build. I hope I helped.
