I run on asphalt and dirt road 3-4 times a week and cover 5 to 10 km. Towards the end of the workout, I feel pain in my sole, as the shoe is a bit hard and has not yet taken the shape of my foot (I have had them for about 3 months). Also, the toe hits the front, so it would be good to get them half a size larger if possible. I like the practicality of lacing and the design. For non-professional purposes, and for their price, they are quite good.
