Effective and, above all, easy to use. It doesn't require a full application to work (tested on a trip to South Africa) and easily fits in a bag or backpack. With reasonable use, it doesn't irritate the skin (I should note that I am very allergic). I would definitely buy it again.
The only thing that works for me. I also use the spray, but the roll-on is easier to carry with you in a small bag.
I don't know if it lasted for 8 hours, but it definitely lasted for 7 hours. The downside is that it requires application, like sunscreen as they write below.
