The V Gold i was created based on two design principles. The first was the fundamental design of a high-quality PSU. Cooler Master wanted to offer a top-tier power supply that would provide all the "bells" and "whistles" that a modern user might want or need for their high-end system. The second principle was control. As technology evolves, digital solutions make it possible to monitor and adjust more aspects of PC hardware. This now includes power supplies. With its digital infrastructure, the V Gold i allows users to observe and alter performance in real-time through Cooler Master's free MasterPlus+ software.
