The quality and cable are amazing; I haven't installed it yet, so new updates are expected. Overall, the power supply is great in quality, and its cables are fantastic. I like it because it has a direct cable for the 4070 Super graphics card
I give it 4 stars because it is clearly of good quality.
It's not cheap, though.
It has all the cables for new generation cards, but it doesn't have easy cable management if you have extensions and they are stiff.
Also, whether it's full modular or full wired, if you need everything, it becomes a mess again from the back
Sturdy, looks like quality construction, silent. The accompanying cables might need a bit more length and are relatively stiff. Overall satisfied with the purchase
It contains everything including a 12VHPWR adapter with 7800X3D + 4070s.
I take off one star because I have experienced 2 sudden restarts on a new system with a new OS, and the most likely culprit is the power supply since I changed everything else.
Also, when you turn the PC on and off, it makes a click noise that I was searching for the reason for during the first 3 days to see if it was defective, and I finally found it in a question in their FAQ only (https://www.bequiet.com/en/faq -> Power Supplies -> last question).
The cables are a little stiff, you need a little patience with cable management, that's all. I have had them for over a year and have had no issues. 10/10
Short review because I can't say much about this excellent product. Coming from the old 650w from the same company to this diamond.. Full modular but not with sleeved cables (just mentioning it)
The box makes a click before opening and shutting down, like an internal relay falling... After some research, this is perfectly normal as it has safety features that first check the correct voltage and then allow the current to pass. It's not an annoying sound, I was just curious. Silent, without ever hanging me during stress tests or anything strange.
Finally, it has a cable and a 600w port for Nvidia's next-gen GPUs (the old 2X8 pcie pins are also there normally).
Excellent build quality. Consistently high performance. Quality circuits are used which provide safety and have performed well in cases of power outages. It is quiet. Its cables are of high quality.
One of the best purchases I have made. FUTURE PROOF very stable with plenty of cables, the only downside is that it is a bit small and makes installation a bit difficult but overall it is a very good purchase.
I bought it to replace the Be quiet System power 9 700W, which had trouble handling a system with Ryzen 7600x and Rx 6700 XT, causing restarts when playing demanding games like Baldur's Gate 3. It does exactly what it promises, it's quiet and works flawlessly. The only thing I have to criticize is the short power supply cable for the motherboard, which barely reaches, but I won't deduct a star for that. The conclusion is that if you're building a more demanding system, mediocre solutions like a 700W Bronze might not be sufficient. It's better to invest in something higher quality from the beginning.
My review concerns the pure power 12M 1000w. Personally, I bought it this year (2023) to upgrade to a graphics card above 300w. It is a quite peculiar power supply and the truth is that if you don't pay attention to its characteristics, it may not be able to serve you. Specifically, the motherboard cables are 60cm long, which is 5cm closer to the average (just right for a mid tower). However, the most important characteristic to consider is that it only has two 8-pin connectors. Therefore, if your graphics card is above 300w and has three or more 8-pin sockets, then this power supply is not suitable for you. The manufacturer now states it as a rule, for cards above 300w, one cable per socket. Another observation I made concerns the 12vhpwr 600w cable for the 4000 Nvidia cards. They intentionally made it completely inflexible at the edge (4cm from the side of the graphics card), so you will have to calculate if there is enough space between the card and your case. Damage to PCs has been reported by users who forced this cable to fit, which is why they decided to make it inflexible. Its packaging is completely simplistic, meaning the power supply is inside a bubble wrap and the cables are tied with a wire. It includes 4 screws and 4 zip ties. I don't have the technical knowledge to evaluate its construction, but I can confirm that it is completely silent and does not raise temperatures. Its price is very competitive compared to similar power supplies, and in general, I have not found any comments on the internet regarding technical issues, so I consider it a reliable choice.
Very good and high-quality power supply. It works great on a computer with an i5 13400, 2x m2, rtx 2600, and 32 GB of RAM. It is silent and has an adequate number of connection cables, and it is also of good quality.
Good power supply considering the cost and one of the cheapest decent ATX 3.0 power supplies you can get. However, the cables are a bit strange and quite short in length, making cable management very difficult, especially if you have a large case. Also, compared to previous power supplies (SUPER FLOWER LEADEX) with similar or lower cost, the packaging and the way it was packaged were very "poor". It seems susceptible to damage during transportation because the power supply and cables are simply loose inside a box without any extra protection (e.g. bubble wrap).
Others have also written that cable management is difficult, but tell us mortals in simple words, how close are the cables?
Guys, besides the 10-year warranty it offers and the Gold energy class, it didn't really impress me.
As I said, the cables that the motherboard takes power from are close. Also, as you can see in the photo, the power cables are not like in other power supplies, but they are flat, and although the power supply has 3 ports, they only give you 2 cables that support a total of 5 SATA hard drives and 2 IDE.
Good luck finding such a cable to connect more drives/fans, etc.
I just received it today and that's all I have to say. Otherwise, it does its job and it's also quiet. Oh, it also has a strange smell.
The reason I bought this particular one is the 10-year warranty. I wanted to get the Corsair one, but since it wasn't available and my old one burned out and I was without a computer for days, I had to act immediately.
Good power supply. Quite heavy.
The cables seem to be of good quality but are somewhat stiff. In this price category, companies should be producing softer cables.
It does not have full fanless operation, but it is clearly better for longevity.
Given that in the end, in a medium system with 2 disks, you will put all the cables, you do not gain anything in space, but it is probably a matter of appearance since the cables are completely black and do not catch the eye...
If a corresponding fully wired one comes out with the same features and a good price difference, it will indeed be value for money.
One negative point is:
How can it give a 10-year warranty and come with a security label (warranty void if removed) half torn from the packaging? And stuck in an awkward place that you will have to touch to install it. How can we ensure that the film does not deteriorate in an expensive power supply with so many years of warranty?
I also confirm that it was mentioned by others.
High-quality modular PSU
Installation was trouble-free
There is also ready-made cable management for PCIe 5.0 (future proof)
I think 1000W is a must now
Absolutely satisfied with my choice from the most reliable company ever.
It seems to do its job and be quiet at around 400W. However, I didn't like that it had something like bumps on its casing and the safety tape (seems overly sensitive) for the warranty was cut. The external quality is mediocre at least. Time will tell...
