Very fast, it doesn't slow down at all from external hard drives. I connected 4 drives simultaneously, 2.5" of 2TB and 3TB, and it recognized them all, but only when it received power via a usb-c cable from my phone charger. Without external power, it only supports one 2.5" drive, so keep that in mind.
I gave it 4 stars because a charger and cable for external power supply are not provided.
Excellent product. Two 2.5" drives were connected to it and were recognized immediately. It requires an external power supply (a type C cable and a 5V/2A power adapter). Very good build quality.
For simple USB flash connections. Bluetooth, mouse is very good 5 out of 5,
.....
If you want to connect drives, it needs external power, relatively good style like the mobile 18w, as soon as I plugged it in, it read 3 external 1TB 2TB and 4TB, simultaneously and with usage.
With a much weaker adapter, it read only one drive.
#Maybe even without reading it, I don't know yet.
Another excellent product from Ugreen. I connected 2 2.5" disks on it and it worked perfectly on my LG TV. It only required a type c cable and a 2 Ampere power supply from my Xiaomi mobile.
I use it to group the cables of peripherals (mouse, keyboard, microphone, and Upstream USB HUB of the monitor). It is connected to a USB 3.2 Gen. 2 port on the motherboard.
In terms of speed, it works fine. I haven't experienced any disconnections of the devices while using it.
Personally, it has been quite helpful for my needs, to free up ports from the Rear I/O of the motherboard and to avoid using USB extensions on the cables.
For its price, it is very worthwhile and I recommend it.
With 10 euros it does the job, it has a built-in 1-meter cable, not so flexible, and it also accepts power supply with USB C, which I haven't needed yet. It is for anyone who wants to connect an HDD Hard Drive.
It was tested on Windows 11 directly connected to the motherboard to avoid any issues.
Very good. I put double-sided tape on it to keep it stable, otherwise it would be moving around.
Positives:
1) So far it handles everything without any problem (with external power supply).
2) Good price.
3) Satisfactory length of the connecting cable with the computer.
Negatives:
1) Does not include a power charger (fortunately I had a spare one from my mobile).
2) Plastic construction is very lightweight
Very good. I have connected 3 2.5" HDDs to a Raspberry Pi (media server) and it has been working for a year now, 24/07, without any problems
If it had a Type C port, it would deserve 5 stars.
It is a disadvantage. Otherwise, with external power supply, it does what it should. Its size is good for the ports it has.
The product in question is the version with a 1-meter cable, which is quite rigid. External power supply is not included. With an external power supply, I have connected 2 2.5-inch HDDs on top without any issues.
Untroubled, the only thing I can say is that it is somewhat lightweight with a somewhat inflexible cable, resulting in it not sitting in the desired position on the desk but in the position it wants. A rubber on the bottom might solve the problem. Apart from that, it does its job very well. I recommend it.
With an external hard drive and a USB stick, for example, having the mouse receiver, I lose the mouse and everything freezes. Despite having other products from the company, I consider this a failure....
