Quite convenient once you get used to it. Before I started using it, I had pressure on my tailbone due to many hours of sitting work, and with the continuous use of the cushion, the pain completely went away. It was also helpful during pregnancy to sit without feeling pressure in the pelvic area.

The pillow arrived compressed in a nylon package. According to the leaflet, it should take shape within 24 hours from the time it was unpacked. However, it never took its normal shape. It is NOT worth the money.
