In the depths of space, alien races battle for control of the universe. Players choose from dozens of races, each with their own unique powers, and strive to build an empire that spans the entire galaxy.
Many of the classic races from the original editions of the game return, such as the Oracle, the Loser, and the Clone. New races also join the fray, such as the Remora, the Mite, and the Tick-Tock. In the new edition of the classic game first released in 1970, you will find more than 50 alien races, cards that enhance their powers, 100 plastic spaceships, and technology cards that allow players to discover and create amazing technological marvels!

A base of simple rules on which this game builds with the incredible variety of options it offers, in the form of alien races, extra cards, rule variations, and more. The final experience is a highly entertaining combination that continues to surprise even after many games. It is not a game for calculations and deep contemplation and planning for each move. Of course, it can be played that way, but in reality, it is a much more social game, and its real strength lies in the games that end up telling interesting stories through the randomly selected mechanisms. With the right group of people, these moments are uniquely beautiful and make this board game something very special.
Awesome "negotiation" game between alien races with asymmetrical powers. Endless replayability thanks to the large variety (51) of aliens and countless combinations per game.
I have also purchased the "cosmic incursion" expansion which adds components for another player, 20 additional aliens, and the "rewards deck" which encourages alliances.
It's a shame that more people don't know about this amazing game. By far the most fun and replayable board game I've ever had. Every playthrough is completely different, especially if you invest in buying the expansions, which are totally worth it.
