The USB network adapter from TP-LINK connects to a USB port on your computer or laptop and allows you to connect to a wireless network, with speeds of up to 150Mbps. It is useful for computers that do not have wireless internet capability, giving you the ability to move to any point in your home or office and work without interruptions. It features a detachable antenna that can be rotated and adjusted according to needs to suit various operating environments.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Due to a malfunction in the laptop, I needed to buy the product. Unfortunately, it does not reach speeds (with speedtest it gets 20mbps compared to the mobile and the desktop computer which get 47 at a distance of 2 meters from the router). Also, because it protrudes quite a bit from the port, it is easy to bend. It is better to be used on a computer that is stable on a surface. I have been using it for 1 year and it still works normally.
WIN 11 (9/2024)
Installation immediate from Windows
Connection - immediate
Performance - average - I have a 50 Mbps connection and while ALL my other devices measure it (ookla speed test) usually at 48 Mbps, this card measures at most up to 36 Mbps at a distance of 4m without intermediate walls. At least the connection is stable..
I tested it with the drivers from their site - the performance remains the same,
for its price it's probably okay. But probably if I could (financially) at this moment I would choose the TP-LINK Archer T4U P or the TP-LINK Archer T4U Plus (which I got for my son and is much superior)
22/9/2024 sometimes (every 3-5 days usually) it loses the connection and finds it again after 2-3 minutes usually. The connection was upgraded to 100 Mbps but the maximum speed I get remains 36 Mbps
Very early review as I literally tried it for 1 hour, but it has done exactly the job for which I bought it, to put wifi on an old laptop on which I have installed Linux (Fedora 40) and had trouble with the drivers of the integrated (Broadcom). I put it in usb, it was immediately recognized, I connected it to 2 different networks, full signal all good.
Very good and it does not lose any of the actual network speed and it does not disconnect at all and very easy to connect without any software

Terrible!! It constantly freezes and when I play online games, it suddenly lags. I do not recommend it at all
Great adapter, good communication
