    They have been working for about a month now in Proxmox ZFS mirrored Raid. Relatively quiet, good speeds and value for money. The temperatures are a bit higher than I would like - sitting around 45 degrees but this may be an issue with my setup and not the drives.

    Not at all noisy. On the contrary, it is extremely quiet and very fast. I have it on a 27'' iMac and you can't hear it at all, nor does it heat up significantly (it stays between 40-42°C).

    In the past, I have used Seagate and WD drives. This one is the quietest - and very fast for an HDD. If you screw the drive directly (without a shock mount) into your case, obviously you will have more vibrations and noise, so if you have a noise issue, take a look at your case before blaming the drive.
