The general-purpose external case AXAGON EEM2-SG2 with USB 3.2 Gen 2 interface is designed for M.2 NVMe or SATA SSD drives. The dual-sided USB-C connection on the case provides a reliable connection.

The package includes a USB-C -> USB-C cable to connect the case to a computer, as well as a USB-C -> USB-A adapter. A unique feature is the ability to use both M.2 NVMe drives and SATA drives without having to think about what type of M.2 drive you will put in the case.

The advantage is the attachment of three different lengths of SSD cards - 42, 60, and 80 mm. The tool-free opening of the case makes the assembly and disassembly of the M.2 SSD easy. The aluminum body of the case, cooling holes, and thermally conductive pad provide very good cooling for the mounted drive.
