After 4 years of operation, I can say the following:
The dehumidifier is suitable for an area of up to 50 square meters. It definitely does not cover a house of 90 square meters or more. I used it in an open space kitchen-living room-hall for about 4 months each year (mainly in spring and autumn). It reduces humidity by 20% in 3.5 hours. More specifically, from 88% to 68%. From that point down, it struggles to go lower even if you leave it on for hours. However, I am quite satisfied with 65% humidity. I tried putting it in a 15 square meter room, and it brings the humidity down to 60% in half an hour. The noise measured is what it claims (46dB). However, the frequencies of the noise in question are quite annoying. Even when I am 5 meters away, I can tell that something is working in the living room. I was also satisfied with the consumption, as I did not notice significant differences in the electricity bill (perhaps an increase of 6-7€). The price I got it for (185€) I consider a bit steep. In conclusion, I was satisfied with the performance and the quality of the materials. I was not satisfied with the noise of this particular device.
I bought the 10L for a space of 30 sq.m. a year ago, it is one of the worst purchases I have ever made, what can I say first, it doesn't have automatic restart, the air filter rattles from the back which is sliding and I wedge it with toothpicks, it makes quite a bit of annoying noise which is of course relative, it doesn't have humidity level options, it only has 40%, 50%, 60% and drying clothes, way too expensive for its equipment
We had a very big issue with humidity. We got this dehumidifier and we were saved!!! The clothes dry in a day, the humidity from the bathroom disappeared! I think the price is very good for the job it does. I highly recommend it!!!!!!!
The dehumidifier has one setting, so whatever level you choose, it operates at the same intensity and simply stops when it reaches the different humidity level that was set by selecting one of the 3 levels. It is relatively noisy. At night, you cannot leave it in the same room where someone is sleeping. It reduced the humidity from 80% at a temperature of 20 degrees to about 60 in approximately 4 hours. To manage to bring the humidity below 60%, it struggles a lot, resulting in it essentially never stopping working. This means that it is not particularly efficient at low humidity levels, and personally, when it reaches 60%, I turn it off. If the power goes out, it does not restart. It raises the temperature in the room it is in by about 2 degrees. It does not leave any smell in the air. Overall, I am relatively satisfied - (I mainly mentioned its negatives above), but if I were to choose a dehumidifier again, I would want it to have a built-in hygrometer, to have humidity settings so that I can choose at what humidity level it stops, and to have different levels of settings so that at night I can choose a lower setting with less noise to make it functional at night.
