It is very easy to dissolve, you won't even need a special shaker with a mesh inside to avoid lumps or to spend hours shaking it. The taste reminds me of Mars or Snickers (not as sweet or heavy), and it is also very light even after 2:30 hours of training, it goes down easily. For those who haven't dealt with this type of protein (for muscle building or post-workout), and are on a diet, or at the beginning of a diet and want to have a quality meal that goes down easily after exertion and not miss any meals of the day, it might give you 1-2 kilos at the beginning. It's not something to worry about and there's no need for disappointment, the body gets used to it and you will notice that the next day you will be more rested and energized (especially if you have morning and afternoon exercise) and the extra weight will disappear in no time. In terms of economy, I would recommend the bigger package which usually costs around 50 euros, but for a start and taste testing, this package is fine. First of all, it has poor solubility.
Second and most importantly, it can make a whole trip from America to Greece and it is not sealed airtight. Think about how many months it can stay on a shelf until you get it.
I spoke with the company in America and they tried to convince me that it is normal for it not to be sealed. What else will we hear!
It looks good, the vanilla flavor is a bit too sweet, but it doesn't mix easily and becomes a paste as soon as it comes into contact with milk. I only use it with a blender for this reason

It's not what I expected, although I like the cream and cookies flavor in milkshakes and ice creams.
It is very sweet, one serving is barely drinkable without coffee or unsweetened cocoa to balance the sweetness. It's not the best for the stomach, it bothers me a lot. I dissolve it in the blender or with a mixer for the coffee and it's okay. I won't buy it again.
In terms of taste, I am not a fan of any protein as I find them all too sweet. This one mixes and dissolves very easily. You feel a bit full at that moment, but within half an hour it’s like you haven't drunk anything. (Chocolate flavor)
I have tried protein from this brand in chocolate flavor before and it was just as excellent as the strawberry, very easy to dissolve and immediately and noticeably visible results. After years of not taking protein, I started taking it again and decided to try Biotech's. For years, I took Optimum Nutrition's in chocolate flavor, but over the years it deteriorated a lot. With this one, I am absolutely satisfied. Very nice flavor. And most importantly for me, it doesn't bloat me at all! It dissolves easily and has results; I will definitely choose it again.

First time I get unflavoured!! then you simply understand what a difference sweeteners make! I add banana and honey and still it is barely drinkable! Quality-wise, though, I think it goes up even more like this.

With yogurt it's not sweet, maybe a little bit, but it tastes very refreshing and mild. I love this because every other protein powder is VERY sweet and I get sick of it quickly.
With milk it's quite sweet but still much less than most protein powders, it tastes like a home made apple pie not like a junk one filled with sugar, so I approve.
It dissolves well but I wish it came in a tub like most powders, I will just refill one of my old containers instead.

If you are not at a competition level, then you don't need anything better.
Don't waste your money on expensive supplements expecting "quick" muscle growth.
With years of systematic hard training, with a good reputable protein and carbohydrates during the bulking phase, and finally periodically with a reputable creatine, you will have the maximum natural result in your body.
Of course, you should adjust your diet according to the phase you want to go through.

I got the white one because the black one contains creatine and my doctor has told me that it negatively affects my test results.

I bought this without flavor, it dissolves very easily in milk flavor, neither cold nor hot. Now, if it does the job, I don't know
The mealworms have 25% protein and cost 6€ per kilogram.
Not something crazy in terms of taste. Personally, it reminds me of strawberry, so I would recommend getting whichever is cheaper out of the two. In the following tests, I will describe what I noticed:
1. Combination with yogurt: heavy, especially if you add 250-300g of yogurt, it will take time to digest. Literally a full meal. Afterwards, I felt like I had eaten a literal steak.
2. Combination with milk: perfect, very light for the morning, 45 minutes to 1 hour before the gym. My favorite.
3. Combination with water: indifferent. When the milk runs out, I drink it with plain water.
Biotech's chocolate and peanut butter whey protein I must say has exceeded my expectations. Mixing 30 grams with water in a protein shaker, the powder dissolves easily and the flavor is fantastic. Lasts about a month.

Strawberry flavor very good (because I mix it with water, I think it doesn't easily go well with any other).
Solubility so-so. The shaker I have has a mesh on the top and I think it foams too much with a few shakes.
Performance and recovery, I believe it helped. I noticed it on days when I didn't take any.
My first experience with the gym (2 months - 6 times a week) and protein supplement (30g + 30g).
The taste is not anything special, just pleasant I would say, but that's about it. I also tried the Black Biscuit and I was amazed, it has a taste that is 10 times better. Also, I should mention that it made me feel nauseous when I mixed it with yogurt and it wouldn't go down at all (30g dose in 400g yogurt), so now I only mix it with water.
Important note: The white packaging of Biotech compared to the black ones may cause bloating depending on the person. For me, the first 5-10 minutes it creates gas and discomfort, and I feel like I ate half a lamb for a while. Try it if you get the chance, otherwise, spend an extra 10 euros and go for the black packaging "ISO Whey Zero".
It dissolves very easily, the taste is balanced, neither strong nor indifferent, as it should be, and I am quite satisfied. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it did not come with a brush and I didn't like that it doesn't close properly (I don't know if it's a packaging defect or if they are all like that). Compared to the previous protein I was using (LAMBERTS ALL IN ONE), this one dissolves much more easily without forming clumps. Personally, I add one scoop to 150ml of water & 100ml of plant-based milk and it becomes a delicious drink! The banana flavor is amazing!
The Caramel Cappuccino flavor is the best flavor I have tried so far. I even add it to my morning coffee and it gives it the taste of caramel
