It is very easy to dissolve, you won't even need a special shaker with a mesh inside to avoid lumps or to spend hours shaking it. The taste reminds me of Mars or Snickers (not as sweet or heavy), and it is also very light even after 2:30 hours of training, it goes down easily. For those who haven't dealt with this type of protein (for muscle building or post-workout), and are on a diet, or at the beginning of a diet and want to have a quality meal that goes down easily after exertion and not miss any meals of the day, it might give you 1-2 kilos at the beginning. It's not something to worry about and there's no need for disappointment, the body gets used to it and you will notice that the next day you will be more rested and energized (especially if you have morning and afternoon exercise) and the extra weight will disappear in no time. In terms of economy, I would recommend the bigger package which usually costs around 50 euros, but for a start and taste testing, this package is fine.   Not something crazy in terms of taste. Personally, it reminds me of strawberry, so I would recommend getting whichever is cheaper out of the two. In the following tests, I will describe what I noticed:
  1. Combination with yogurt: heavy, especially if you add 250-300g of yogurt, it will take time to digest. Literally a full meal. Afterwards, I felt like I had eaten a literal steak.

  My first experience with the gym (2 months - 6 times a week) and protein supplement (30g + 30g).

  The taste is not anything special, just pleasant I would say, but that's about it. I also tried the Black Biscuit and I was amazed, it has a taste that is 10 times better. Also, I should mention that it made me feel nauseous when I mixed it with yogurt and it wouldn't go down at all (30g dose in 400g yogurt), so now I only mix it with water.

  Important note: The white packaging of Biotech compared to the black ones may cause bloating depending on the person. For me, the first 5-10 minutes it creates gas and discomfort, and I feel like I ate half a lamb for a while. Try it if you get the chance, otherwise, spend an extra 10 euros and go for the black packaging "ISO Whey Zero".

  First of all, I chose it without any added flavor so that it doesn't have extra sweeteners. I either add a teaspoon of honey or a little instant coffee to give it flavor. It dissolves very easily and quickly in a shaker and doesn't leave any foam.
  As a protein, it seems to be very good so far, of course, I don't overuse it and I am generally careful.
  I have used other proteins from other well-known brands in the industry, such as Lampeters, Biologist, and others, but I believe that this one suited me better and it dissolves better too. It comes in a kilogram bag and the bag closes tightly with some caution, of course, I also use a rubber band.
