    The pillow does indeed have a good firmness in terms of feel. The quality of the materials seems quite good; however, the pillow is very low and sinks too much, resulting in it becoming very thin and the neck being supported in a crooked position. The other reviews misled me quite a bit, I would say. My sleep did not improve, and the back pain from sleeping did not get better.
