EDIT: AFTER A YEAR the back support is broken and this chair won't live long now.. I'm a 70kg person
Vibrating pillow, I have loved it.
Edit: 3 months later, a pretty good purchase, just after a lot of use (I work from home) the pillows on the handles have "settled" where the elbows rest. Only this
