    The first time I sent it back for a replacement. The light that indicates the base is working did not turn on. The base heated up and after some time, the light turned on and the base stopped working! Opposite to the instructions, in other words, and not long-lasting operation. Of course, the button under the base was pressed according to the instructions. Today the new base arrived and it shows the same issues! Until I went online to watch videos to see if I was doing something wrong. But I wasn't. Defective twice.
