I got it for my baby because she had baby acne, we started using it a little before her first vaccine at around one month, and in 2 days, if I'm being honest, her face had cleared up.

It is the magical reflective cream, I will say with certainty!! My dermatologist recommended it to me after a facial laser treatment years ago. Since then, my life has changed a lot, and I now speak as a patient who has been in bed for the last two years. I use it everywhere, on my face as a day cream and on my body wherever there is any problem. I even used it on the stitches from surgery, and my skin is just fine. It didn't work very well for us. It did something but not perfectly. We got it to remove what you see in the photo on the child's cheek. I have a second photo but it doesn't fit, to show you the mark that remained.
I am very pleased with this rich unfragranced cream, for deep hydration & restoration of fragile skin after retinoid treatments. I use it as face night cream, and locally on any dry patch. When I want a lighter texture, I mix it a bit with Bepathenol Krema.
An excellent product recommended to me by my dermatologist as part of treatment. I continue using it for its properties. It works exceptionally well for irritations that can arise from shaving as well as for the quick healing of marks from wounds or other causes on the skin.
I am amazed by the rave reviews... I have skin that easily reddens and irritates, I tried it based on the reviews, I applied it diligently for 10-15 days, always at night on clean skin. Zero results, the redness remained, not to mention that it even flared up. The texture of my skin did not improve in the slightest. Wasted money.
I applied it for olive removal so it wouldn't leave a mark. As if I never had anything in that spot
It is the worst face cream I have ever bought. Thick, it did not absorb, and it caused me a burn and dry skin the next day. I have sensitive skin as well, which it claims to be for sensitive skin. I really wonder about the reviews.

Excellent! My dermatologist recommended it to me after surgery for the care of my scar, and it helped me a lot. You can hardly see anything now. I also use it in the winter or during times when I feel my skin is dehydrated or sensitive, and it works wonders. It does require a very small amount because its texture is heavy. I, being oily, have no issues at all.
The cream is regenerating. I use it as a night cream/mask 2-3 times a week and it really helps particularly with the regeneration of the skin and with marks from pimples. I use it on any part of the body I need, and it has helped a lot.

I bought it after all the positive reviews I read! I use it as a day and night cream after the B5 serum! It helped me very quickly with the scars I had from pimples, it really works wonders, whatever I had tried in creams had not helped me! My face now shows much fewer pimples and is brighter! The pharmacist told me it is not used as a daily cream but only for burns! I still use it for 2 months and I am satisfied! A very good fragrance-free cream! I use it on my face because I have redness and some dryness in certain areas. It helped me a lot and really after a few days of use I see my face relaxed and without marks. It does the job without needing a large quantity. I would characterize it as a cream for irritations and sensitive skin. 4 stars because sometimes I feel like it doesn't absorb well
