Most pre-workouts are loaded with caffeine and taurine and give the feeling that they are working while they do nothing. I don't even take the 19 grams that it suggests.     One of the best pre-workouts on the market and at a reasonable price. The ingredients it contains and in the specific quantities are not random; they are well-researched and the amounts have been shown in studies to have effective results. Very good taste, but that's what we're looking for here, very good pumps and energy throughout my workout, 1.5-2 hours of training because it contains caffeine with a slow release, very good focus, and it also helps me with muscle mind connection. For those of you without experience, don’t take two scoops; one is enough. Also, if you take two scoops, don’t consume any other caffeine during the day, as it is well known that you shouldn't consume more than 400mg of caffeine per day. Don’t judge it by the taste; otherwise, eat a pastry from your neighborhood. Nevertheless, the taste is very good (bubblegum), it’s the best. Don’t look for anything else; it’s superior to many much more expensive options.

    I really wonder how it works so well for all of you?? I have tried quite a few pre-workouts and this is by far the worst! I only feel the tingling from the beta-alanine, nothing else! I take it and easily fall asleep

    Very good, I tried it because it doesn't have taurine which gives me tachycardia after a while. Strong, of course at the 1.5 scoop I take it doesn't last for the whole workout I believe, meaning I go into the first exercise and put on more weight than usual and full pressure but after about 40 minutes I don't feel it much. I once put in a double scoop and had quite a bit of tachycardia and full energy. Also, you get a tingling sensation. Crazy pump and generally crazy workouts. Awards at €30 and for 20 servings, the price is so-so.

    I have it for about 2 weeks. It has an amazing taste and even though I haven't tried many pre workouts, I have to say that it gives you crazy focus during training at a level that you have great dedication. I don't know if it's because I rarely used it, but I try to only use it on the very "difficult" training days so as not to lose this effect. Also, the formula alone gives you tremendous pumps during training.

    It's worth trying it out. Be careful with the dosage and overuse though, as with all preworkouts.

    As a beginner, I cannot express an opinion on increased energy and performance rates, what I can say with certainty is that it has immediate action, you feel the tingling they say in a few minutes, so it works. The watermelon flavor is the reason I give it one star less. The taste personally is so bad that it is not drinkable unless mixed with juice or something else, but I do not give a lower rating due to the reliability of the product.
