Motorcycle engine oil for four-stroke engines 4 liters with a viscosity grade of 10W-40.
Engine lubricants have two main functions: the first is to reduce friction between moving parts, while the second is to dissipate heat from the engine walls.
The viscosity numbers indicate how thick a lubricant is. It is represented by 2 numbers: the first with the letter "W" (Winter) refers to how the oil flows when it is cold, while the second refers to how the oil flows when it is hot under engine operating conditions.
The selection of a lubricant as well as when to change the lubricant in the engine should be done with care and always according to the information provided by the manufacturer in the user manual.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Oil made from synthetic esters, the holy grail of lubrication from one of the top companies in the field. It doesn't break under any circumstances, truly long life.
Of course, by its nature, one of its main advantages is also a slight disadvantage; due to very strong magnetic properties, it can provide excellent lubrication, but in certain engines with larger tolerances in the piston rings, it may burn a little, passing into the combustion chamber and might require a little supplement every now and then. We're not talking about a significant amount, nor does this mean anything about its effectiveness. The same applies to fully synthetic oils like Motul, Belray, etc., which are made from synthetic esters; you try it and judge if it suits you.
Otherwise, you see its effectiveness on the health of your engine after years of use, neither from the sound nor from its color.
