The phone is very good, the photos you take during the day are good, but the ones at night are bad. The first setup I did immediately and quickly got all the updates without any glitches. The screen is good, but compared to the previous phone I had with an AMOLED screen (Samsung J5), it's worse. The sound is good, but when you turn up the volume all the way, it distorts a bit.
There is no charger in the package, only a cable for connecting to another phone. If you download the Smart Switch app, you can transfer all your data from your old phone either wirelessly or with a cable.
Overall, it's a decent phone for the money you pay. If you only need it for basic phone use, photos, social media, music, messaging, and calls, it's great.
Far away, it constantly sticks to everything. I didn't expect such a bad product from this company. It was sticking from the first day it was empty. It definitely needs to be restarted once a day.
Obviously, its first disadvantage is the memory, which fills up with the minimal applications and causes the phone to not function, meaning it noticeably slows down, freezes for quite a while, and many times the screen goes black...!! I do not recommend it at all... after 1 year of using social media, about ten pdf and word files, and no games, I enter calls (to make a call) after about ten seconds!!!

The mobile phone is terrible after 3 to 4 months it freezes excessively and without having downloaded many applications and besides it has small storage space I suggest you get a better mobile phone than this awful mobile phone!
What a product I bought about a year ago for 170 €. Shortly after I got it, it started freezing, the screen turned black after a drop of about one meter and I had to replace it (the screen). Also, since I bought it, the back part is not well glued, the other day it fell again and a small piece of plastic came off
I got the phone for 170 euros from the store around 23/10. For the use I make, the phone no longer performs well, unfortunately the battery is not holding up well due to my heavy use. It started freezing and getting on my nerves a bit a month ago, but for the money, I think it's fair for lighter use. If you want to use it heavily and constantly, then no, it's not worth buying. The photos are okay, nothing extraordinary
My daughter has had it for about 9 months, I don't know if it's the model or the usage, but after two or three months it freezes excessively, and she hasn't downloaded any apps on her phone, she mainly uses it for music, Instagram, and messaging.
The battery is satisfactory, it lasts for three days without music, the storage capacity is average, even though we haven't added any memory expansion (I don't know if that contributes to the freezing issues). Generally, I am loyal to Samsung, but I must say I was slightly disappointed with this one.

For 170€ the mobile phone is pretty tragic. If you open a slightly heavy application, it delays to enter. If you open two applications together, there the sidewalks laugh. It tilts normally and throws you out. The storage space is for tears. Without videos, without many applications, games etc, it leaves you with 1-2 gb of free space and still drags even more afterwards. Unfortunately, a complete failure. Okay we said it's an economic mobile phone, you don't expect miracles but not this mess
I give a very bad rating because: I bought it according to the comments and its features, for simple use, I wanted a second mobile phone to have it only for business purposes, which means only two things, to open emails and use Teams chat. Well, it is so frustratingly slow that I am seriously considering getting another one. I should note that these are the only applications I have installed, then it has the standard ones, YouTube, Web Browser. When you receive a notification for a new email, it can take more than 30 seconds for Outlook to open and the email to appear, imagine the screen even goes off due to inactivity, as I have to wait for the loading circles to stop in order to read the email. Tragic... It shouldn't even be sold, I wasted my money.
You can't be heard clearly when speaking, it cuts out and "distorts" your voice. Even though I use my phone very little, the battery drains relatively easily.
Unless you want a phone for a short period of time, don't get it. I've had it for 9 months. 1 month ago it started not charging correctly. 5 days ago it stopped charging at all. Save your money. Not to mention that it does many updates, consuming your storage space. Plus, it freezes for many hours. I wish I kept my money to get a newer model. Honestly, it's not worth it
I had bought it for my grandmother. In one year of use for basic functions (calls, social media, browsing), I can say that it "holds up", although sometimes my grandmother complains that it freezes, possibly because it takes weeks to reboot. I consider the quality-price ratio to be decent, slightly lacking in the camera and the battery doesn't last as long as before.
Good build quality but it is for very basic things, as it even presents a small lag for simple tasks.
I bought it from Glom Tech through Skroutz.
It arrived on time and I overlook the fact that the charger is for foreign sockets and they included a useless adapter.
Unfortunately, the phone randomly shuts down after 72 hours, so now I have to rush to the service center without having time from my work.
From the little experience I had, the battery lasts around 8-9 hours with the screen on and several phone calls. The calls are clear, and the Wi-Fi is good. The rear cameras are average to good, similar to those of a €130 phone. The front camera is only 5mp, but it gets the job done.
As for video, I tried it briefly and it is average without stabilization, but with relatively good image quality in good lighting.
The speaker is not good, I expected it to be louder. The sound is just tolerable for YouTube and Netflix (which fortunately plays in the best L1 quality).
The processor does its job for simple to moderate use and low-resolution games.
It does not have dust or water protection, this was a risk I knew when purchasing it.
As a device, it is beautiful in white color, plastic but it looks more high-quality. The back is a magnet for fingerprints.
Finally, the screen does not have vibrant colors like OLED devices, but it is not washed out either. The 90Hz refresh rate is noticeable during scrolling and it is a pleasant experience.
I would give it 4 stars because it is worth the price, but I give it 3 stars because of the terrible random shutdowns, and I will update my review later.
6 months of ownership update.
If you want to build patience, it is definitely an excellent phone to develop this virtue. If you are in a hurry to do anything, it's just a shame you shouldn't rush... it constantly freezes, especially if you want to open and run 2 apps simultaneously, that's when you see the disaster... I didn't expect such a big company to release such a bad phone.
Well, the ultimate garbage phone. I've been using it for 2 weeks now, coming from an iPhone X that went off due to a motherboard failure and I got this as a temporary replacement. It freezes unbelievably, it's a mess on social media, terrible photos, the speed of the phone is non-existent, overall stay away. They sold it to me claiming it's better than a 100 euro Xiaomi at 150. I'd rather lose 150 euros on the street than have this supposedly serious company's phone. Just stay away!
I have had it for almost a month and it fell from a relatively short distance, causing the entire back cover to come off. Since then, it has not turned on or worked.
After a few months of use, I have concluded that this Samsung model was not worth the purchase as much as I initially thought. It automatically lowers the screen brightness and I can't figure out how to stop it. If you close it, go make a coffee and smoke 2-3 cigarettes until it opens, very slow. The settings for face recognition do not work in practice, it only accepts shape and numeric code. We also forget about the fingerprint.
The mobile proved worse than my old Samsung that I had for 5 years. Its cameras are terrible. It takes some of the worst photos I've seen on a mobile. Its brightness is non-existent in outdoor spaces and the sound intensity is quite low. I've only had it for 6 months and it's already starting to freeze, without any unnecessary applications. Simply tragic.
Don't even bother getting it, it's not worth it at all. The first day I got it, it stuck terribly. DO NOT GET IT!!!
For the money of 125 euros, it covers my needs. Please note that this price does not include the charger.
I got it for my father, who only uses it for social media, browsing, photos, and videos. It's great, it hasn't caused him any problems. He would like a slightly better front camera, but the back one satisfies him quite well.

As others have said, the mobile phone is for older people who just want to make simple calls and maybe use Viber or take photos... It's not suitable for someone who wants a fancy phone. A tip if you want to speed it up a bit, disable the RAM plus from the settings in the memory...
Terrible, whoever buys it won't even have a charger. Overall, the watermelon is bad, a waste of the money I saved up little by little.
It's not worth the money. Personally, I have deleted some of the installed applications and it hasn't frozen at all in the 2 months that I've had it. The battery lasts all day even when using the internet. The photos and videos are impeccable. I don't understand the negative comments. The only thing that bothers me is that it didn't come with a charger in the package.
Simply awful! It seems that I received the defective one. I haven't had it for even a semester and the screen has already broken and displays lines in the colors. Be very careful about what you get and where you get it from.
Quite good for its price.. it just doesn't have a built-in FM radio function in its software, only through the internet, and also the package only includes a TYPE C charging cable.
At the price of 120 euros, it does everything just fine.

The phone is good for the money it costs. It is sufficient for simple use, and you also have the assurance of the Samsung name. It is not suitable for demanding use, of course, one must spend quite a bit more money.

I regret the moment I bought it! Unfortunately, I didn't read in the comments that it doesn't come with a charger! It doesn't have a music player, you have to download one and for some reason it doesn't recognize the songs as mp3 so you can't edit them properly. It doesn't even have a radio, which I personally use and I don't want to connect to the internet just to listen to music!! And the other thing that happened in the 2 days I've had it is that when I send voice messages, they don't play. Most likely it's defective because the photos come out with dull colors and when I watch videos, the screen goes black...
Very good for simple use. I got it for my mother-in-law and she is very satisfied. She uses it for calls and Viber. The battery lasts a long time. Satisfactory screen and easy to use. And it's also economical. Recommended for light use or for an elderly person.
