This is something that others have also reported, so it is a construction flaw. If it happens to one person it is random, if it happens to more than one then it is a defective product issue. Even though I had purchased the warranty, I sent it in and they returned it to me as it was, no repair or replacement was done. DO NOT BUY IT. Even though it is cheap, you get what you pay for, it is not even worth that money.
