With built-in extension rod
Now you can fit everyone in the frame. The built-in extension means no one is left out. Include more friends, pets, or beautiful landscapes in every shot. Capture dynamic selfies from high or low angles. By extending the rod, you extend your creative possibilities.
Ultra-Stable Tracking
ActiveTrack 5.0 is fully upgraded for more stable tracking at longer distances. The new version allows the front camera to track subjects that turn sideways or rotate. I write more because I saw a comment mentioning that the battery lasts less than half an hour.
The kid probably got a defective product.
The battery lasts a very long time (during the holidays I would leave in the morning, return in the evening, use it every now and then, and it still had battery left; I charged it at night as a precaution). It also charges very quickly, especially if you have a fast charger.
It is of excellent quality, but it does require a bit of practice to get used to it in order to make perfect videos.
The fact that it has a built-in tripod is very good for making videos from a distance.
Excellent, it's worth the money.
a gimbal that is worth its money. Easy to handle, good construction. The battery lasts about 6 hours. It charges fully in 2 hours. With the app, there are many features. The tracking is very good and it doesn't get confused when there are more people in the frame. I haven't found anything negative after 2 weeks....
Very good compatibility with iPhone with their own app. The battery is very good. In hipper zoom when there are people in the frame, it sometimes loses focus and does something strange. If the phone is large (e.g., iPhone 15 pro max), it is heavy and tiring in the hand, especially if you open the selfie stick.
+ It does its job as it should
+ Quality exterior
+ The application works flawlessly so far
+ The application even has educational material
+ The application has many options for the operation of both the camera and the gimbal. Overall, it is well-made and has many UX/UI touches that make the user feel "protected" and "supported".
- When it doesn't have enough battery, sometimes it doesn't communicate clearly and simply acts like a weakling that can't hold your phone / the magnet that holds your phone with a grip (a small bad user experience)
- Big downside.... A VERY small battery, it will barely last on its own for more than a quarter to half an hour while holding your phone. I would almost say it would be better if the gimbal device was larger or at least had extensions in some way so that the small battery wouldn't bother you so much. If you go on a trip and want to take some photos + a few seconds/minutes of B-Roll... it won't bother you. But if you want intense use, for example, 30 minutes or more, then the battery is practically useless. In this case, it is necessary to have a power bank or actively charge it in the socket, and even then, if I understood correctly, it loses more battery while holding your phone than it receives from the power supply.
I am in my third month of use without any problems. High-quality construction, high-quality video combined with the DJI Mimo app, you get the most out of an iPhone camera. Easy and precise focus, ideal telescopic arm, satisfactory battery life, and carrying case.
As a newbie in the world of gimbals, I haven't had the chance to try out all the advertised features yet, but as a construction it seems quite sturdy, lightweight and pocket-sized. Especially the latter is what made me prefer it over the equally powerful zhiyun smooth 5.
