Excellent phone for its kind, with many useful features that are usually not found in such mobiles. It is very easy to manage, with large buttons and strong backlight so that you always see what it shows on the screen. It has an awesome design, both in appearance and in its operating system. I bought it for my father, who doesn't deal with smartphones and just wanted a small mobile phone with basic features and good battery life so that we can find him and he can find us more easily.

Negatives:
The side volume button is pressed with the slightest touch and reduces the volume to 0 even when the cover is closed.
When the cover is opened, it goes into whichever menu it wants, sometimes in messages, sometimes in calls, sometimes in the main menu.
Its battery barely lasts 4-5 days and I have turned off EVERYTHING, while Nokia claims 15-20 days of battery life.

Positives:

  Well, first of all, this phone is NOT a smartphone, so there shouldn't be such a comparison. It is a simple mobile, a feature phone, that has calling capability, SMS, radio, games like Snake and racing, voice recording, video and photo capture, and internet access. Regarding the latter, it connects only with data (it does not have Wi-Fi connectivity). However, the browser is of poor quality, an Opera Mini, so it only offers basic navigation.
  It also takes an SD card, so you can transfer songs, videos, or photos. Finally, it offers Bluetooth connectivity.

  The camera quality is laughable (2007 phase) but for quickly taking a photo, it's okay. Fast phone, it doesn't freeze or lag. Yes, it is possible to silence the keys - which are indeed annoying - I'll tell you how:
  Settings --> Sounds --> Volume (set it to 0). No, it doesn't put the phone on silent, only the sound of the keys.

  Finally, please watch out for fakes! (Photo I have uploaded) I have bought this specific phone 3 times and the first 2 were fake. Incomprehensible Greek, no internet connection, extremely small internal storage (KB instead of MB), and generally problems with the functions. Fortunately, in both of those cases, Skroutz refunded me all my money. So be careful!

  I bought it for my elderly mother; apart from the buttons that lowered the volume, the first time within 2 days the phone turned off by itself with 50% battery and it didn't charge either. When you managed to charge it, I left it for 10 hours, and when I took it out, it had 70% battery; it didn't charge to 100%. The store replaced it for me; however, with the second phone, the same thing happened again within 1 month, and I didn't bother for a replacement again.   I will fully agree with the negative comments that have been written. I was very unpleasantly surprised by the design of this particular device. As soon as I got it in my hands and started to make the basic settings, I put it on silent without realizing it, something I repeated several times until I finished the settings. It is impossible to avoid pressing the sound button because your hand, as you hold the device, touches exactly on that specific soft button. Contrary to the device itself, which easily and accidentally goes into silent mode, the sound of the buttons does not decrease and is loud and extremely annoying. Lastly, I leave the menu, which I found confusing for such a simple device and for older people.

  One star and that's being generous. I expected a company like Nokia to release a mobile phone in 2023 with more user-friendly features for those who are not familiar with technology and choose such a phone as a solution. I bought 2 devices for my parents because the 3G service would stop on their old phones, and I was completely disappointed.
  1. The red device does not have Greek characters on the keyboard, making it difficult for an elderly person to search for names.
  2. The side volume buttons are pressed very easily and the phone goes into silent mode without realizing it, causing missed calls.
  3. I thought moving contacts would be an easy task because the old phone had Bluetooth, but I was probably too optimistic.... it does not accept mass contact transfer, and when I tried to do it via smartphone, I found that while a contact had saved information in surname and name fields, during transfer the surname and name were stored in the surname field without a space!!! and with cut characters.... it only holds 20 characters in Greek.
  4. When I finally managed to transfer the contacts, even with completed information in the surname field with a space between them, and decided to manually add the name to have the full name correctly (400 contacts....£$¢¥π¥¢£), I found that it does not retrieve contacts by searching for the name, but only what it finds in the surname field.... meaning many hours wasted correcting names.
  I didn't even bother checking the other applications.
  I won't write more. Whoever wants to take the trouble to find something positive, I will gladly sell one of the 2 and give them the other as a gift...

  VoLTE does not work in Greece, I contacted Cosmote and they told me that it is not supported. The buttons on the side are extremely annoying and do not turn off, so if you have it in your bag it is very likely that the volume will decrease or even accidentally go on silent, as they are also very soft to press. The buttons are large but those in the center are unacceptable in terms of quality, as they are very deep and not easy to press. Also, the button sounds cannot be turned off. If you plan to buy it for elderly people who have no idea about technology, it is unsuitable in my opinion. My own returned to their old mobile phone. It's a shame because I thought Nokia made quality non-smart mobile phones.

  I bought the mobile phone (3 months ago) for an elderly person. Let me start with 1-2 positives. It has a large, easy-to-read screen. (I will stick with this as the only positive). Let me mention the fact that it has large buttons (except for the central multi-button, which should be a cross). What I didn't like: Firstly, the sound when pressing the buttons cannot be turned off from the settings, so when you buy it, you will always hear the annoying sounds. Also, something very bad is that when holding the phone, you accidentally press the side double button and the sound goes completely down (an older person does not understand this). The battery for such a phone with minimal requirements is terrible (it only lasts 2 days on standby). Another problem is the location of the speaker, when you hold it, you can cover the speaker with your hand and you cannot hear the caller. It has quite a few buttons at the top of the dial, it should only have the call open and close buttons. For photos and videos, it's okay (but that's not the purpose of the phone). In conclusion, if you want it for an elderly person, I don't think it's the ideal choice. Overall, I don't think it's worth the money. My mother went back to the Nokia 3310 (2017 version).
