I have quite curly hair. I did the process myself and unfortunately I suffered a lot. However, the result is amazing. My hair is smooth and soft, and it doesn't tangle. The only negative thing is that on the third day after washing, my hair becomes heavy and "greasy". I would suggest even if you "have it" with the press, to have someone else do it for you to have a better result.
