  First of all, it did not sync easily. I had the zep app from my old amazfit watch that broke (it got water in it at the sea, not so waterproof after all...) and it did not recognize the watch. So here are the instructions: Open the qr reader on your phone and scan the qr code that appears as soon as the watch is turned on. It will take you directly to the correct zep app. Download, install, run, and the synchronization will happen immediately.
  Now, something I didn't like from the beginning was that it had zero battery. It needed to be charged in order to work, so all the setup and customization had to be done while it was charging on the kitchen counter. It took about 3 hours for a full charge, I think, but after 10-15 minutes you can wear it and it will have around 10-15% battery and work for a day, if you don't use it too much. I charged it up to 10%, went out for a walk, recorded the route as exercise, and in half an hour the battery was drained and it turned off. So, first conclusion: If you bought it to use for daily workouts, especially outdoors with GPS (it has built-in GPS), you will probably need to charge it every 2-4 days.
  The screen is a pleasant surprise. Very clear, bright, you can easily see it outdoors even with medium brightness. And the size is satisfactory, not too big.
  The handling is comfortable, BUT, the menu takes a little bit of exploring to figure out how to arrange it to your liking, as you can move the apps by swiping your finger to the right, showing you the first 7-8 apps that YOU have selected, and the same goes for workouts, where you can select the 4 most frequent workouts you do. However, it requires some digging, you need to understand its philosophy, there is no manual included in the package, I think there is one in the app in the watch field (product user guide). Definitely not a toy for children and elderly people who are not very familiar with technology and how smartwatches and their apps work, and the whole philosophy of "monitoring and tracking myself for everything, even sleep". The app itself has many branches and subcategories, it requires patience, exploration, and hours, but the good news is that you only need to do all this once and then you will have everything set up around your watch.
  Now, let's talk about the functions. The heart rate works correctly only if you are sitting still and at rest. During a workout, it shows random results. Oxygen, probably works correctly in the same way. Stress measurement, okay, I don't really care, it's nonsense... Steps, it counts correctly but doesn't accurately record if your arm is still in your pocket. Weather, okay, it immediately finds the location and works. Notifications, you can customize everything. What exactly you want to receive on your phone. Calls, messages, emails, social notifications, banking, everything. It depends on you, but IT WORKS AND THE MENU IS ALSO IN GREEK. You can read your emails and messages normally in Greek. Perfect!
  Sleep. A crazy detailed study of your sleep! That's where I was a little amazed. It knew when I fell asleep, when I woke up, when I had REM, light sleep, deep sleep, everything!
  Other functions, it has an alarm clock, control of music and camera on your phone from the watch (useful for selfies and controlling music when you have speakers connected at home and you move around), it has a workout history, menstrual cycle for ladies, and of course, many workout programs. So, let's talk about those. As I said before, don't expect accurate heart rate readings. However, it has a very good GPS, so you will have basic tracking and statistics for each workout. I noticed that it has quite specialized and smart algorithms, as for example in the elliptical program, it wouldn't increase heart rate levels to actual levels unless you held onto the handles of the elliptical (I don't really know how it perceived that). An important tip for outdoor exercise is to wait for the satellite to locate you before starting. When you press, let's say, running, at the beginning it will say "locating position" and once it synchronizes with the satellite, it will vibrate and tell you that it's okay, it's been located, and then you press go and start counting. Small tips to save searching time.

  Ultimately, if you consider the pros and cons, how comfortable it is in the hand (you don't even feel it), the price at €50, a battery that lasts a week, etc., if you don't set too many notifications, I think it's a good purchase for those who really exercise and will enjoy it on a daily basis, or even for those who work a lot and want to have some connection with their phone wherever they are (message notifications, etc.). If you just want a gadget for the coffee shop and the beach, pay a little more, get a trinket and show off. This is a good tool, but not for showing off. I think it's designed for sports activities and people who care about their health.

  I took off another star because most of the time it gives me wrong heart rate measurements during walking. Accurate measurements are important to me.

  It looks nice aesthetically.
  I thought it didn't give accurate measurements, but I realized it measures the heart rate approximately once every 10 minutes. I discovered that this can be changed from the settings to 5' or 1', but of course it drains the battery.
  It doesn't need to be tight or loose to make an accurate measurement. (when you're exercising, it continuously measures the heart rate)
  The battery lasts about 8, at most 9 days, but I use it all day and of course no one lets the battery completely run out before charging it.
