Shhh... we're working

Thanks to the efficiency of the M2 chip, the MacBook Air delivers impressive performance without using a fan. This way, it remains completely silent no matter how intense the task being performed.

M2 chip

The M2 chip marks the beginning of the next generation of Apple silicon, with even more speed and energy efficiency than the M1. So, you can do even more, even faster, thanks to a more powerful 8-core CPU.

Create magical visualizations and animations with up to a 10-core GPU. Work with more ProRes video streams in 4K and 8K resolution, thanks to the high-performance media engine. And keep working, or playing, from morning to late at night, thanks to the battery that lasts up to 18 hours.

Consider it done.

The next-generation 8-core CPU in the M2 is up to 18% faster than in the M1.4 So you can quickly perform everyday tasks like creating documents and presentations, or take on more demanding tasks like programming in Xcode or mixing tracks in Logic Pro with Spatial Audio.

GPU Unit

A sight to behold. In the blink of an eye.

With up to a 10-core GPU, the M2 achieves a significant boost in graphics performance—up to 35% faster compared to the M14—for every task, from color correction in photos to editing 4K and 8K resolution videos.

More speed for all your apps

All the apps you use daily run lightning-fast on macOS, including Microsoft 365 and many of your favorite iOS apps. With over 10,000 apps and add-ons optimized for Apple chips, your creative future looks bright.

All, a group

Make and receive iPhone calls on your Mac. Use your iPad as a second screen. Unlock your Mac with your Apple Watch. It's like they were made for each other. Because they were.

Create whatever you desire

Thanks to the high-performance media engine of the M2 chip, you can play back and edit even more streams of 4K and 8K12 ProRes video, including 4K ProRes video shot on iPhone.

  • 500 nits brightness
  • Wide P3 color gamut
  • True Tone technology

Comfortable and quiet, the Magic Keyboard now features a row of full-height function keys for quick access to favorite buttons and shortcuts. Touch ID makes it easy to unlock your Mac, enter passwords, and securely make purchases or payments—all with the touch of a finger. Thanks to the larger Force Touch trackpad, there is even more space to work with precision.

Thunderbolt 4

Thunderbolt 4 brings many improvements and new features to the table compared to Thunderbolt 3.

  • Speed. Thunderbolt 4 ports have the same high-speed bandwidth of 40 Gbps as Thunderbolt 3. However, the minimum PCIe data requirements have increased from 16 Gbps to 32 Gbps. This means that high-speed PCIe external devices, such as storage and external graphics, could see significant increases in transfer rates and performance.

  • Security. VT-d based DMA protection helps prevent security threats by remapping requests from external devices and checking for proper permissions.

  • Wake from sleep. This feature allows a computer to wake from hibernation with peripherals connected via a docking station.

Wi-Fi 6

WiFi 6 offers you smooth streaming, greater range, and increased capacity. Enjoy faster WiFi speeds from multiple devices simultaneously.

It also offers you a 40% increase in data throughput and is fully compatible with older WiFi devices.

The first impressions (2 days of use) are very positive, I don't need to write anything, everything is excellent so far. If anything comes up, I will come back

It is a purchase that is worth it, especially for people who need to carry a laptop with them. I haven't dealt with editing, but in all other aspects, it is simply awesome.

I placed the order on 3/01 and the next day I had it in my hands. From that day until today, I haven't encountered any problems. It is the first time I have a MacBook in my hands and I have to say that it is worth its money. The use I make of it is internet browsing, video and photo editing, and work tasks for my job.

I have had it for about 3 months now and it is truly the best laptop I have ever had! Very fast, lightweight, and it handles every "challenge" you throw at it. I mainly got it for graphic design and it has never disappointed me. Only in cases of 3D and more demanding tasks, it may lag a bit, as the lack of fans causes it to overheat and slow down. But with a fan base, I believe it will solve the problem. Personally, it doesn't bother me at all as it covers most of my needs and these more demanding tasks are rare, making the purchase of a MacBook Pro unnecessary and excessive. Anyone interested in graphic design, this laptop will truly be a game-changer for them. However, if someone needs it more for 3D, rendering, and editing large 4K files, it's better to go for a Pro. As I carry it in my bag, I don't feel anything because it is so lightweight and thin, which is a very positive thing. I will come back later if there is anything else I need to add (Model with 16GB RAM and 256 storage).

I will not talk about the product because everyone can find the information they want everywhere! I will talk about the specific color (Midnight) which I did not expect, but it leaves fingerprints and marks from anywhere you touch it, it needs regular cleaning because of the dark color it has made a bang! However, it looks very nice and rich in color (when it is clean). I would recommend it among the other options, just keep it in mind

    Upgrade from MacBook Air 2017.

Much more vibrant and high-resolution screen, battery that lasts all day, and significantly better performance. Definitely a laptop that will hold up well for the next 5-6 years (just like my previous Air).

Compared to the m1 air I had, there are differences but not significant ones. The main reason to get it is primarily the screen and in my opinion, the keyboard which is markedly better and more comfortable! I don't think it can replace the m1 as a basic model, essentially it is a hybrid between the m1 air and m2 14" pro. Quite satisfied.

The best thing ever. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny. I saved up for over a year to buy it, and I truly have no regrets. The keyboard is excellent, the screen is top-notch, the speakers are exceptional, and so on. It's truly incredible. The battery (with my usage) lasts for 3 days, if not more, and it charges very quickly. If you have the budget, I highly recommend it without hesitation. If you're wondering, "Is it worth it?" my answer is, yes, it's worth 100%.

Words are unnecessary, an unbelievably powerful tool for most uses. A vibrant screen with a sound system that I truly didn't believe could ever be found in a portable computer, let alone in such a thin MacBook. The full-sized keys are a dream. No complaints, don't be afraid of the nonsense that tech YouTubers say.

    Edit 07/22/2023
Be very careful with the screen when closing it, the glass breaks very easily if any object is forgotten. I recently made this mistake and the repair cost over 600 euros

Quiet, with exceptional image and sound resolution, fast and with a reliable battery. The touchpad may bother you a bit at first if you're a Windows user, but it's really worth buying if you can afford it. Maybe for "serious" gaming I would recommend something else, especially because of the screen, but even for casual gaming, it has nothing to envy from others. I recommend it and you will definitely find it difficult to go back to Windows.

The laptop is awesome considering the price I paid. The color is perfect, it is prone to fingerprints of course but besides that, it looks very cool. The M2 processor makes all tasks seem like a breeze.

The battery is what makes the difference. Particularly thin with good screen resolution. I have the starlight, it's basically silver and slightly gold. It's very beautiful and extremely portable. The notch is the black spot for me. Besides that, it's a one-way street for its battery and the overall sense of fulfillment it gives you.

Awesome tool in terms of both quality and performance.

    POSITIVES
    - Retina full display with notch and no large bezels
    - Fast fingerprint sensor
    - Larger touchpad than my previous macbook pro, very user-friendly as always
    - Very large battery, often lasts for 8 hours of continuous work without charging, when working in a closed space and brightness is at 50%
    - Light, sturdy and beautiful without the annoying diagonal cut that previous Airs had
    - Return to the magsafe charger because the failed transition to USB C in previous years had become a problem

    NEGATIVES
    - Perhaps only the high price. Airs historically played at lower prices, of course this year's with the M2 is superior to any other macbook air that has ever existed. It is very powerful and hardly pressured by anything.

Powerful and user-friendly laptop! The price is high compared to its predecessor, but I don't regret it. It is definitely a reliable tool that will accompany me for many years.

    2. It is lightning fast - I didn't expect anything less, after all - quiet, and doesn't heat up even though it doesn't use fans. Comfortable screen, large TouchPad with various options (requires a bit of searching if you're using a Mac for the first time).

    3. As for the battery, what can I say, it's endless, they did an excellent job here! The laptop is really lightweight and with the right case, you can carry it around very practically.

    4. Sleek design, nice choice in Midnight Blue! Personally, I found the magsafe cable very convenient. The connectivity, if you have other Apple devices, is well-known, everything works harmoniously together.

    5. I definitely recommend it for professionals, but also for simple use if someone wants to spend this amount, the only sure thing is that they will enjoy it!
