The thermometer features an extremely long probe/sensor of 14 cm made of stainless steel to avoid heat and to keep a safe distance from hot foods or hot surfaces.

It has a locking function so that it locks the current temperature when the sensor is removed from the food and retains the temperature reading on the display.

The temperature measurement accuracy is ±0.5°C with a wide temperature range of -50°C ~ 300°C.
