I bought it yesterday for 569 euros in 65 inches and I see it much more expensive on skroutz. Of course, it can't be compared to OLEDs which are much more expensive. A decent TV for its price.
I have had it for 3 months now and I am quite satisfied with the sound. The picture is perfect and the stand is quite sturdy. I have been bothered by the fact that the apps lag quite a bit. It might be because it is connected via WiFi and not Ethernet, or it could be the apps themselves. For example, Vodafone TV (the decoder) which is also connected via WiFi, does not lag at all.
(Basically, I haven't connected an antenna, so I go into Cosmote TV (an app within the TV menu) to watch TV and it lags at quite an annoying point.)
Good at this price level, but if you have high expectations, you should choose a different model. If you are conscious, then it is satisfactory for the money you have available.
The 86'' has nothing to do with the 75 and below models as it has a better panel, 120 hz HDMI 2.1 VRR, better speakers, and a better processor, so 5 stars for the 86'' model and it is definitely Value for Money at this price for these inches
I don't know about durability over time since LG TVs are more durable and also direct LED, but they are too expensive for what they offer.... The remote control still uses batteries, it is bulky and not of good quality construction, low brightness (only 330 nits, you should know), not very deep blacks for a VA panel, quite slow, very mediocre sound and resolution. If you want LG, go for OLED or something expensive like QNED 826-866, which have a very good processor and high brightness. The simple Nanocell ones are not worth it at all.
I have had it in my possession for a month now and I am very satisfied. I believe that most of you have chosen to buy this particular television from the cheapest store on Skroutz, as I did, but once you complete the order, pay attention because you enter the 766qa and magically it changes to the 763qa, which has several differences both in resolution and in the remote control. I believe that most of the negative comments are about the 763qa, after all, it is not a coincidence that there is a €100 price difference with the immediately next one. So, if they are talking about the 766qa, it is worth the €530 for the 50 inches. I hope I helped.
The worst television I have ever bought.
The viewing angle is terrible.
I returned it and got an OLED one!!!
The best television I have ever bought
Really, it doesn't play what is said here about the viewing angle, which is very good!!! Fast response to commands through the control. Good sound but nothing great. Its colors are amazing and it is perfect for gaming with the special menu it has
I ended up deciding to buy it, despite the various negative comments about the viewing angle. After using it for a week, I am very satisfied. The picture quality is excellent (with many adjustment options that cover all preferences, I imagine). The viewing angle is not that bad at all. Besides, on a 50-inch screen, I don't see the reason to view it at a 75-degree angle from 30 cm away. The same applies to the sound. Here, we should note that we are talking about a television, not a hi-fi system. Many clicks above the LG from the previous decade that it replaced. I think that for the 400€ it cost, it is a very fair purchase.
It has unacceptable software.
Very slow television.
You give a command in the menu and it delays frustratingly to execute it. I have no complaint about the picture except that white vertical lines stand out from the LEDs when the image is monochrome.
Terrible viewing angle.
I regret my purchase.
Very good television and of course through skroutz at the most competitive price with a significant difference of 25% from the "big ones"
I had seen many negative comments about poor side viewing, but I found a good price on the 55-inch (cheaper than the 50-inch) and decided to take the risk. I can see everything just fine, even from the sides. Maybe from 55 inches and above, there is no issue with side viewing.
It was purchased in September 2022.
2. The menu is slow.
3. Switching from application to television is slow. The viewing angle affects the colors, but it has good picture quality when viewed straight on. The image looks even better without lights in the room.
4. The sound is satisfactory.
5. It was purchased for 470€, but I don't think it was worth the money.
6. It's okay for simple use, but there are cheaper options for this job.
7. The design is good.
Compared to the LG "LK" series model (basic televisions), the switching is slower. It can be annoying at times.
It was tested and factory settings were reset by the service, so it's likely not the model you should purchase.
The viewing angle is its biggest drawback. You can hardly see anything!!! You can't distinguish almost anything, faces, figures, etc.
The sound is very good and it has many image settings. You have to be in the straight line to have the perfect image. If you move your head a little to the left or right, it loses its color!!
Updated: 5/5/2023.
The attached photo is an example of the TV's viewing angle. The colors are not distinguishable at all!!! Everything turns white!!!
Seeing the mediocre rating here, I was skeptical about the model, but the technological level is quite average (at best). Pretty much everyone agrees that it is a very high-quality television with very nice colors and blacks, but with very mediocre to poor sound, and the viewing angle is a bit of a mess. Well, you're going to give a decent amount, the issue is subjective as you know the use you will make as well as your standards, the model is very commercial and is found in all the exhibitions of the big chains, check it out for yourself!
What I have to add is that up to 70 inches, the model uses a VA panel, while at 75 and 86 inches, it uses IPS, so we're talking about different televisions.
As a TV it's great, as a remote control it's not so ergonomic... but otherwise it's worth buying. For me, anything LG is one click to several clicks better than other brands...
I don't know what some people dream about, but from a 45° angle and up, I don't see colors!! When you sit straight, it's awesome. Conclusion after 3 weeks in my possession: Unacceptable television. I have an LG from 2012 and it's awesome with colors!!
P.S. Please, if any friend has something to suggest to me regarding settings to improve colors, share it with us!!!
It concerns a 55" television.
A very good television with a very good price.
Natural colors, nice sound, many settings.
The magic remote control is very good.
Very good and high-quality television, amazing sound, with which I have eliminated the soundbar in movies, and a very affordable purchase price.
There is no problem with the viewing angle on the 75-inch screen. Compared to the premium 55-inch Samsung model from 2016, it has much better color and upscale on TV shows, obviously due to the processor, and very good black. At prices approaching a thousand dollars, it is truly a great value for money.
I made a completely unacceptable purchase, if I could return it I would, the image quality is very poor, unless you sit directly in front of the TV the picture is terrible, viewing angle is 0, do not make the mistake of buying it no matter how low the price...in short, it's a DISGRACE...UNACCEPTABLE, I will take it to my home in the village and buy another one...
My previous LG (another model I had) burned out after 7 years. So yesterday, I bought the 43' from a well-known store, after comparing its image with other TVs at about the same price. Its colors are better and more "earthy" than Samsung's, which are more pronounced and "warm" (of course, tastes vary)... A serious issue is the viewing angle... simply tragic. It doesn't bother me because we mainly sit in the center. But if you watch with others, think again... General advice, don't buy a TV from the internet if you haven't seen it up close first. If I had a little more money, I would look at SONY.
UPDATE: I sold it! I couldn't stand the terrible viewing angle... I got the cheapest Samsung UE43BU8072 and saved myself!
When you are straight in front of the TV, you see amazing things, but if you go 2 meters to the right or left, the image gets distorted. The viewing angle is unacceptable and not worth the money. I bought it, kept it for two days, and returned it to get my money back. It still hasn't been fixed, so we should get rid of it. Don't buy it, you'll be disappointed. All of this just because of the viewing angle. In a living room, a group of people can't even watch TV together...
As the owner of c1, cx 48 inc, you simply can't let go of the 86 inc easily!!! It's a pleasure.
Verified purchase
Very good, the only downside I would say is that the apps lag a bit. Other than that, it's great
Very poor viewing angle. Not worth its money.
Verified purchase
Simply perfect!!! Fantastic image. Sound is very powerful. It doesn't lag on the internet.
