Weak sound, weak glue. The sound is only capable of alerting you if you are already inside and may scare off the intruder. But in no way is it loud enough for the neighbor in the adjacent apartment to hear it. The glue is also quite weak. I need to reinforce it with my own adhesive tapes.

The only thing I don't like is that the small blue light it has is always on, whether I have pressed the button to provide power or not. I would prefer it to turn on only when I provide power.

It's fine. I've had it for a week. It may not kill the flies, but it knocks them down and then you can easily kill them.
