Description
The Noosa Tri 14 combines inspiration from earlier models with a glove-like fit. A lightweight construction with a sole for efficient stride. The vibrant colors and patterns on its mesh upper are inspired by previous Gel-Noosa models after 2000. Convenient features, such as the heel loop and clip laces, make it easier to put on. This makes it more practical when you come out of the swim in a triathlon, or when you want to get out quickly. With Guidesole technology in the sole, these shoes reduce ankle flexion. Their curved design helps save energy, allowing you to roll forward with ease.

I retired the shoe after 680km but it still has more to give. I now wear it for very easy training sessions. It's an amazing shoe that has taken me even to a half marathon without pain in my knees and lower back, unlike the 15s which are not suitable for more than 10 km and I have been disappointed. The 14s are an excellent shoe in every way. I wear size 43.5 and got them half a size bigger and they are fantastic.

This is my fourth Noosa. Amazing shoe. The third pair was used in 215 km race (Euchidios) without changing shoes.

Very light, quite stable for running and gym. It is not the classic soft/bouncy shoe, but a very honest all arounder that in my opinion beats much more expensive ones. I believe it will establish itself as one of the choices for daily workouts.

The Noosa tri 14, compared to the latest version 15, remains true to its philosophy of being a relatively low-profile and fast running shoe with a 5mm drop. Ideal for both fast and slow training sessions. If you're not afraid of vibrant colors, it's a very good choice.

First of all, whatever size you wear in Asics, you should get one size bigger. They have a narrow fit. I wear size 46 in Cumulus (another shoe) and in these, they hurt me. They are not suitable for running. No shock absorption. They are for running a maximum of 5 kilometers once in a while.
It is a nice shoe to wear for a coffee outing. If you want shoes for running, go for Cumulus, Nimbus, Kayano. Don't waste your money on Noosa. They are only good for casual walking shoes.

Did you find this review helpful? In black color, it fell as a gift in my hands and it is one of the best shoes I have worn for mid-tempo running, of course as an amateur. It has the height that does not predispose for stability control but it proves otherwise in practice as it absorbs shocks and does not have annoying bouncing with instability like the awful Hoka! The upper part is soft without letting the foot float inside the shoe. However, it needs insoles because the factory ones hit the inner sole after many kilometers. Lightweight and absorbent, soft as needed and stable, without being hot, now (April 23) at a good price close to 100 euros, with good quality for now, recommended by me. Pay attention to the size, which is different for different Asics models. I wear size 45 and the Noosa fit me in 43.5!

Did you find this review helpful? One of the best asics that are available.. I have run the classic marathon with the previous model and I intend to run in Thessaloniki with the new ones.. The person who said that it is not a running shoe has no idea about running.. 700km and they haven't caused the slightest problem, neither the shoes nor my knees.
Update: Alexander the Great ran without any problems in his soles at a pace close to 5:30. Also, I have to say that the lacing system is amazing. Put them on, take them off without tying or untying, etc.. You adjust them once and that's it.Translated from Greek ·- Comfort

Did you find this review helpful?NOT FOR RUNNING. Flashy sandals for 90 euros that are not even worth 30. The running shoe is simply unacceptable to the point of being harmful, and let me explain. Zero, I emphasize ZERO shock absorption. The shoe is unreasonably hard and inflexible. Combined with the fact that it is indeed lightweight, it becomes dangerous. It feels like running on planks and of course, it takes a toll on your knees and shins. I am certain that it was not designed for running, not even for short distances. Those of you who actually run and care about your knees and overall foot health, stay away from this, simply stay away if you want your knees and feet in good condition. On the positive side, it is well constructed and definitely suitable for a gym and nothing more. NOT FOR RUNNING

After 3 months of having the shoe and a total of 3 races, 1 each month at 5km, and training 4 times a week for 5 and 6 kilometers, the shoe remains the same without any problems so far. Everything is as I got it, soft, comfortable, lightweight, and I have greatly improved my times. It is an excellent choice for its price and for beginner runners who are up to 5km and beyond, it will definitely require 2 shoes, one for racing and one for training.

Did you find this review helpful? I had not bought new athletic shoes for 7 years as my Nike ones refused to break. Either I am very behind in technology or this shoe foam is the most comfortable thing I have ever worn. I tested it for now with a 5-minute warm-up at the gym and it feels great on my foot (and I have the weirdest foot, with an arch and an open front with big toes, a mess). I will come back when I run longer distances.

Bought for 65 euros. The shoe is worthy of the series, awesome. Elastic fabric that sits wonderfully on the foot without squeezing and allows it to breathe a lot. Elastic tongue to keep the foot stable. Hard heel with a cushion that doesn't hit the foot. Sole for all terrains and distances without any problems and in speed adjustments, very soft with very good absorption and energy return. It requires a little attention for those who don't wear shoes with a high sole inclination because the toe has a high inclination, but it's not something terrible. It is a very worthy and fast shoe.

Very comfortable shoe. It looks very good in terms of quality.
The colors are very unique. They are very lightweight and you feel like you're not wearing shoes.update 29/06/2023

Very comfortable and very lightweight shoes.. I use them mostly at the gym and the discomfort I had in my knee disappeared.. Their fit is not narrow but regular.. They are not for people with wide feet and low arches.. I highly recommend them

The lightest and softest I have ever worn!
The softest sole and the most comfortable shoe compared to the kinske and trabuco max.
They remind me of adidas boost.
But for me, the asics are better, especially in terms of their sole.
I hope they are also durable!

They were purchased for workouts up to 10 kilometers, so that's where I'll judge them. The shoe has very good responsiveness on asphalt and at the relaxed pace I run, it doesn't strain my feet at all. The next day, they still feel fresh. It weighs 234g in size 45 and the sole is just right, neither too soft nor too hard, suitable for giving you the push you need without sinking in and without straining your feet. The fit on the foot is also very good and it has good ankle support. I can't judge its durability because I haven't run many kilometers yet (In a comment I read that the sole says it has a durability of 40km. That is NOT its durability. What is written on the sole is that it is intended for triathlon and simply states the distances of the triathlon).

I bought them for slow running and fast walking for weight loss. They are the best running shoes I have ever worn in this price range. (I have never spent more than 150 euros on sports shoes in my life).
I bought this particular pair for 121 euros with a discount (original price 150 euros).
From the moment I wore them indoors, I felt comfort and as if I was walking on air.
The quality of the sole that absorbs shocks is excellent. I tested them today by running on a track and my feet did not get tired at all.
I highly recommend them.
This specific model states on the sole that they are designed for up to 40 km of running.
Additionally, it is indicated on the sole that they are made for triathlon (running, cycling, swimming).
There are also elastic bands in a plastic bag for those who wish to replace the laces with the elastic bands, so they can simply wear them and go without needing to tie their laces.
