I originally bought this to re-heat sauces out of frustration with the inconsistency of the microwave and the nightmare that is using the stove and let me tell you I'm using this thing on a daily basis and for everything now ... cooking, frying, reheating - it's reliable, quick and easy to clean. big recommendation, you can't go wrong with this product, massive quality of life upgrade.
