Bayonetta traverses multiple locations in an all-new, top-tier action game. Sporting a wicked new ensemble and somewhat familiar pigtails, the honored Umbra Witch must face a mysterious evil using her weapons and the time-slowing ability in Witch Time. This time, man-made bioweapons called Homunculi are in Bayonetta's crosshairs.
Tap into Bayonetta's naughtier side with Demon Masquerade, a new ability that channels the demon linked to her weapon, allowing for some exciting action options, not to mention some hair-raising combos. She can also summon her demonic darlings, such as Gomorrah, Malphas, and Phantasmaraneae during battle, unleashing their demonic powers in the heat of combat and in new, larger-than-life battles where you directly control the action.
Fight through the streets of Tokyo, the mountains of China, and many other locations! Along the way, you'll encounter a virtual coven of Bayonettas, each more fabulous than the last. You'll also slash and slay as Viola, a feisty witch-in-training who fights with a sword and a quirky companion, the demon Cheshire. Discover what fate awaits Bayonetta and whether this arcane alliance can truly save reality!

OK yes, the story may have some issues. However, the gameplay remains as exceptional as the previous games, in fact, quite enriched. I highly recommend it for all fans of the series and beyond.
It is a good action fighting game with unacceptable, in my opinion, gameplay when controlling your monsters. The other thing that bothered me A LOT is the ending. Not how it ends, but why they end it that way. The first game was "very sexist" and "offensive to some". The beautiful is forbidden, the graceful, everything is "sexist", even some innuendos that are in the character have gradually come out, resulting in this not being Bayonetta. I am sure that they ended the third game that way because Bayonetta is "very sexist". If Bayonetta is not in the fourth game, I'm sorry, but I won't buy it.

I hope the "end" proves to be overturned in the next game.

Not that it's bad, I just didn't go crazy about it. The previous 2 in the series seemed better to me.
