My biggest issue with IQOS is that they claim each cigarette lasts 5 minutes, but the reality is that you barely get 12 to 13 puffs in that time, forcing you to constantly light up a second and third, especially when you need it the most, like in the morning. Try Davidoff's Pulze and you'll remember me; each cigarette lasts 5 minutes just like IQOS, but the huge difference is that you can take as many puffs as you want in that time, very fair, and their flavors are very good, in my opinion better, and at a pack price of 3 euros. I won't go back as long as IQOS continues this scam of improving their devices while simply deceiving people to sell more without improving the duration of the cigarettes to force you to buy more packs...

Negatives
Does not have much intensity and nicotine in the sticks, meaning you don't realize you've smoked something; you need at least 2-3, and this is not good for the device. I use the blue sticks

The product is aimed at light smokers like me who will finish the pack of Terea (4€) in 4 days. For more dedicated smokers, I do not recommend it because the cost will skyrocket to worse levels than regular cigarettes, as the stick lasts about 15 puffs and especially the last ones towards the end come out empty! The flavor that suits me is the soft fuse (green). After each stick, I notice dryness in my mouth, much more than when I smoked regular cigarettes (to the point where I absolutely want to drink water to feel better). During the summer months, the device (the pen you hold with the stick inside to smoke and not the case where you store it) literally gets hot, especially on some afternoons with a heatwave, you can hardly hold it. And its biggest negative feature (which I wonder why no one mentions) is that it takes 2 hours and 15 minutes for a full charge, which I consider completely ridiculous. It should charge in a maximum of 30 minutes!!! To wrap it up... it is a decent device for ANYONE WHO KNOWS FROM THE START WHAT NEEDS THEY HAVE!

After one week of using the device, I can say that it is quite good, easy to use, and clean. So, in the positives... In the negatives, I will confidently say the cost of the rods and the fact that for a smoker who smokes two packs a day, they will need at least three packs of iGo to start, for refilling of course. Did you find this review helpful?Smoker here for almost 20 years, I made the decision in 2019 to switch to IQOS. I should note that I used to smoke about 30-40 roll-up cigarettes per day. The transition was relatively easy compared to what I expected. After about 1.5 months, I completely quit smoking. I started with the IQOS 2 DUO, which was quite satisfactory, but cleaning the device was something that really annoyed me. ILUMA, in my opinion, is the most comprehensive version of IQOS, as it doesn't require cleaning and the TEREA sticks don't have as much "punch" as the Heets cigarettes. After 5 years of use, I can't smoke a regular cigarette no matter what. I hate it and it feels like I'm smoking for the first time. Generally, if you've been smoking IQOS for years, regular cigarettes leave a very unpleasant taste. I don't know the exact long-term effects, but I can confidently say that I feel much better using IQOS.
If you want a neutral taste and slightly "heavier" sticks, I recommend Russet.
POSITIVES:
01 It doesn't smell anywhere, you can easily vape secretly, even in places where it's not allowed.
02 It doesn't stain clothes, the house, anything.
03 In many places (mainly bars) in Greece and abroad, they have started allowing it, even though the law states the same as for regular cigarettes.
04 I completely stopped coughing like crazy and having phlegm.NEGATIVES:
01 It doesn't satisfy you as much, which means you smoke much more than with regular cigarettes.
02 It is highly addictive, for the reason I mentioned above, plus the fact that you enjoy every puff and end up smoking 2 packs a day without realizing it.
03 The price of TEREA. I easily go through 30-35 sticks per day, and on a night out, I easily reach 2.5 packs.

Mainly to get rid of the dirt and disgust of regular cigarettes - I turned to iqos with absolute success... As for iqos, there have indeed been quality changes and improvements in the device and tobacco sticks over time... However, the time has come for me to part with it and turn back to an electronic cigarette for the reasons I will explain below:
1) In 2024, when everything around us is very expensive, I consider it a luxury to spend 8 euros a day on two packs of cigarettes.
2) No improvement in the quantity of the stick or the lifespan of the cigarette, as you only have a few minutes to do it... Personally, for me, I needed the first 6-7 puffs and the rest I did just to do them.
3) After years, even the coupons offered by the company, if you bought them in iqos stores to save some money, they changed them to the customer's disadvantage...
These reasons led me to stop using iqos and I notice that more and more people are starting to turn back to electronic cigarettes or even worse, back to regular cigarettes... If something doesn't change radically in terms of price and quantity, I believe I will not go back to iqos... This refers to people who smoke 4-5 cigarettes a day... I have to say that the IQOS ILUMA is the most complete device that Papastratos has presented so far, both in terms of fast charging and autonomy. It is simply aimed at moderate smokers of around 20 cigarettes a day. I do not recommend it for heavier smokers because, on one hand, it does not satisfy as much as a classic cigarette, and on the other hand, the price of the sticks is excessive. The 2 stars relate to the company Papastratos. I believed that they were investing money in research and that is why they did not lower the price of the packs, and that they would do it eventually. Unfortunately, this never happened. In the past, if you were a member and accumulated 380 points, you would get a discount of 10 euros for your next pack; now they have increased the points to 500 to get the discount. Additionally, and very importantly, they never announced the nicotine percentage contained in each stick (perhaps aiming for the unwitting addiction of the user). I returned to an electronic cigarette (for nicotine control) and also to glo because IQOS is aimed at occasional smokers with low cigarette consumption per day, and unfortunately, I do not belong to that category

I thought this particular product would not satisfy me and I would be wasting my money. After 1.5 months of use, I have to say that it is a very good device. Without being able to compare it to previous versions, due to lack of experience, it covers about 70% of my needs. Good construction, user-friendly, and I can say that it has greatly reduced my cigarette consumption. Don't expect to quit overnight, but gradually over time it gives you the opportunity to do so. The TEREA cigarettes used in this device have nicotine to meet your needs, without tar. Definitely, at first, you will need to give it time and then you will see the difference. It doesn't smell at all either. The best thing of all is that you can smoke anywhere, without unpleasant odors. I am extremely satisfied with its battery. With a full charge, it allows you to smoke around 20 cigarettes. As I mentioned before, while I am a heavy tobacco smoker, the heavier forms of TEREA cigarettes, which are the red and brown ones, are very strong and I would recommend starting with something lighter. Good purchase and more. 4 stars only because it increases smoking, due to convenience, and the cigarettes cost 4 euros, and sometimes I also feel my mouth getting dry.

User of all previous generations of IQOS and I have to say that this specific generation disappointed me. It cannot be compared to anything with the 3 DUO, which for me remains their top device. Now, where do I start? Let's begin with the taste, which for me is tragic, it only lasts for a few puffs and then you get a burnt taste. Also, the duration is not the same in any case. The only positive thing is the cleaning, but that doesn't say much compared to the negatives. With the 3 DUO, I had found my haven, I've been using it for 2.5 years now and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement, but they discontinued it and now I'm forced to search for used ones or find another device. The negative comments here are ridiculous. This specific iqos is very good, there are no problems with the sticks, if you know how to take them out and put them in like a human being, it's fine, if you're clumsy obviously you will have issues. The cigarette lasts a total of 5 to 6 minutes, but if you constantly puff, yes it will stop at 1 minute. The flavors are fine and there is indeed improvement with the smell, and the fact that the sticks have an integrated blade to heat the tobacco is perfect because the device doesn't get dirty. I would highly recommend it to people who smoke in general and not to those who smoke a pack of cigarettes a day. The only "negative" thing I would say is the price, it could be a little cheaper.

Zero intensity and flavor, I don't know how they managed it. The good puffs are at most 2 with zero throat hit, something that the russet did for me in the duo. Here it's just a gust of air and so light that it's really not worth it. I'm looking to find a duo before this one breaks because I can't stand terea at all. I hope they fix it because I can see myself switching to glo.
