EXCELLENT! I suffer from neck pain, I have done physical therapy and still hurt after a while. It is a perfect solution, basically a balm. I use it for 40-50 minutes on 3 and then 2. Now with the cold, aaahhhh fantastic!

It is comfortable, has 3 temperature settings, and turns off by itself after an hour and a half.I suggest you set it to 3 first, to heat up faster, and then adjust to a lower temperature if you don't want it to stay there.
