A great phone... it was... until the clumsy use by its 12-year-old owner caused the touch screen to stop working. My son was satisfied with its use (games, youtube, etc). We will probably go for the purchase of the newer M15.

This is a really good device! it was gifted to me back in August of 2023. And I use it all the time for various uses. The only negative thing I can say of this device is that it could be a little bit more optimised. But by all means, if you're looking for a device that has a low price and gets its stuff done. this is a great start!

A wonderful Samsung SmartPhone. It exceeds the needs of my Mother and my own. It works instantly and without glitches.

Very good and high-quality. However, it does NOT have a built-in radio, which some may consider important. Also, it does not have Dolby Atmos like many other similar Samsung models. Overall, though, it is worth it.

For the money, it is a very good mobile phone. You might get better hardware for the same price from Xiaomi, but Samsung also has its advantages in software, with the price being low as well

I expected that from the name of the company it would be good. With the same processing power, other brands like Xiaomi perform better. They run smoothly... How is it possible that now, with the same GHz CPU, Samsung lags behind while I expected the opposite, that Xiaomi would lag? I don't know.

For the 145 euros I spent, it could have been a little better.. It has some of Samsung's advantages, but not as many as I expected.. Everywhere I went to buy a case and a screen protector, they told me they didn't know the model... Eventually, I found everything in the center of Athens... Maybe I should have bought a better model

It is very good for the money I bought it for 140 euros and ideal for my 10-year-old son who needs a mobile phone to find him, listen to music, and play games!!

I do not recommend it. I have had it for almost half a year and from the first days, it would freeze every video I watched. Does it still do that or is there a delay between the picture and sound?

I just bought the phone, so everything is fine - photos, calls, battery, etc. The only negative thing is that my voice messages don't sound clear and I don't know why this is happening.

Super camera, incredible battery life, good value for money.

Update 11.09.2023 the only negative is that it doesn't have such a good antenna to connect easily from a distance to WiFi like the Samsung S5, which I had before this.

For the money I paid (140€), it's a pretty good phone as it has an incredible battery, doesn't lag, produces average videos and photos, and has okay speakers for music. I've read many people talking about the headphones and volume, and unfortunately I have to agree, but guys, it's good enough for fun, trust me.

The mobile phone is suitable for simple use only. The photos are mediocre, as well as the videos. It has a speaker at the bottom, not the best for music, only with headphones or Bluetooth. The speaker for phone calls with open listening is average.

As for the processor and memory part, as I mentioned above, it is very good for simple use.

I will return on 3/9/2022 regarding the sound volume. I compare it to my basic Note 9 Samsung mobile phone. The open listening of the m13 is very low, as well as its earpiece. When I wear hands-free, the volume is not the best.

The photos and videos I took in the last few days are disappointing to the point of no return. The megapixels of the m13 compared to the Note 9 are four times higher, yet the resolution is very poor.
