I replaced an old TEFAL 24cm non-stick pan that was 17 years old and still maintained its non-stick properties despite the tough tests it went through. This particular one claims to be fully scratch-resistant and non-stick, and it is. I made a béchamel sauce with a whisk and it didn't scratch at all. It was used on an induction stove and worked perfectly fine. Like any other cookware in its category, it's best to avoid cleaning it when it's hot and avoid hitting it. As for its durability over time, we'll see, but I don't expect it to disappoint me.
