  I have been using it for only 3 days, so I can't say if it has any results (I will come back after a month if I succeed by then). HOWEVER, for the three days that I have been taking it, I have stomach pain. At first, I thought it might be due to some food, but I tried it again and I get pain as soon as I take it, and it lasts for many hours. It is a stomach pain as if I have eaten too much, I don't know how else to explain it. I used to take Solgar and I didn't have such an issue, but I decided to try these as I had heard good things about them. I take them according to the instructions, which means one capsule before a meal. We'll see... I should mention that I don't have hair loss, I just want my hair and nails to strengthen.

  P.S. They no longer bother me at all, but I always take them before a rich meal and not with something light like toast/yogurt, etc.

  If they have results, then they will get the fifth star.

  In four days, I will complete a month of taking them, I haven't seen any differences, I lose the same amount of hair when combing and washing, they grow at the same rate (I wanted root every three weeks and it's still the same now). Of course, I planned to take them for about four months because I know that the results take time to show with these types of vitamins. I will come back with a review in two months
