    It stung my eyes unfortunately. Also, it took several tries to remove with clean cotton pads in order to achieve a somewhat decent makeup removal. Every time, I ended up with red eyes

    I don't understand how you made it so good. It requires 2-3 cotton changes to see it clean. The first one doesn't clean the face. It doesn't stick as much as other products, you don't feel like rinsing with water. Luckily, the bottle is big because you need a lot each time to do a proper job. I will try something else in my next purchase.
