Firstly, it does nothing and makes you feel tired, unwell, and with a tight stomach... very bad mood. I have tried it many times and sometimes it didn't do anything special. It is also very expensive!

1st) It causes dehydration.
2nd) It does not cause pain, cramps, etc. like other similar products.

So, I realized that lactulose (the substance in Duphalac) is less effective compared to macrogol in my body. The effectiveness of each organism is different, of course. Also, the solution had a quite unpleasant taste.

It actually does what it promises, although I bought it for colonoscopy preparation for 3 days before the big preparation and I took it once every evening. It doesn't bring immediate bowel movement, it softens the stools and it actually does what it promises. It is tasty, it tastes like a chemical orange, very processed.

I didn't see any significant improvement. Either my problem is more serious (lol) or perhaps the product is not as effective.
