No significant differences from 21, BUT it is a very good game and with the addition of the option to play with the safety cars, it's fun and you get to see something different. Also, the only thing that bothers me is the fact that it doesn't have a small story like in 21 where they called it Racing Point! That's it...
The game is epic, simply put. I played it at 120fps and it's truly amazing without any exaggeration. You can't even tell the difference, even if you're not a fan. Just buy it without hesitation when it drops to 30 euros
Exclusively for sports enthusiasts. Personally, very satisfied with the graphics, significant changes in road details, especially when it's raining, you can see reflections on the road and droplets. Gameplay is very good, the drivers have adaptive intelligence, they learn your driving style and cleverly challenge you (overtaking, blocking), making your life really difficult. As another user mentioned, mistakes are prohibited! Otherwise, you find yourself plowing fields with the single-seater! The sound is crisp and powerful, as heard from the onboard cameras in real-time races. The steering wheel truly takes the game to another dimension. I highly recommend it and it's great for long hours of playing!
Good as the previous one with new technologies and additions, of course, the Story Mode is a disappointment, on the ps5 it has better graphics and sound, the HDR does not work properly as in the previous one, maybe some update fix, other things are added and overall the game is worth it but in my opinion, it is expensive. I expected more Next Generation things, but overall it's okay. You won't regret it.
There are changes in this year's F1 in terms of sound, where the engine sounds more realistic and full. Additionally, there are additions such as great music, sprint races, formation rounds with safety car, Pirelli events with supercars, etc.
In terms of gameplay, the physics have become more challenging, as even small mistakes can send you off track either with the steering or the throttle. Of course, this reflects the real-life cars of this year. Many times, you may feel that it's unfair, but once you get used to it, the driving remains enjoyable. The full experience is best with a steering wheel, of course.
A major plus is the improved artificial intelligence. The other drivers drive more intelligently, avoiding collisions, blocking the road, and attempting overtakes.
The online mode is quite good in terms of features, but I think the players are becoming more and more unacceptable every year. You try to play cleanly with the professional rules in a 25% race, and you can't finish the race. Only 1/5 of the time you manage to come out unscathed. It's a frustrating community.
As for the negatives, perhaps the graphics are one, where on one hand they are more intense and clear, but I was expecting a next-gen improvement. The game, over time, relies on the same formula and looks the same, which is understandable for a game that is released so quickly, but on the other hand, with the power of the PS5 and games like GT7 pushing the boundaries, we expect something more. Additionally, the lack of a story definitely costs the game in terms of providing a more complete experience and justifying its price adequately. It also has some glitches, especially when searching for lobbies.
Although I enjoy it quite a bit as a game, due to its negatives, I would give it a 7/10.
