Normally, for this specific model, I wouldn't give even one star, but since I have to give at least one, I'm reluctantly giving it one. The phone showed from the first days that it is not worthy of carrying the Motorola brand... The first symptom was that the flashlight wouldn't turn on with a quick hand motion, and the phone was not even a week old. Answering a call and not hearing anything. One, two, three times, I thought it couldn't be my fault. A restart would temporarily fix the problem, but only for a short time. As time went on, I saw that it wasn't even fast; it lagged excessively even when trying to answer a call. In the apps, it often displayed the familiar: the app is not responding.....closing the app. Slow....slower than a turtle going uphill. I had the Moto X4 before; in comparison, one to the other, it's like night and day. I got this one for being better, newer, with more memory, etc. Wasted money. I truly regret the moment I bought it.

It is the worst phone I have ever bought. I got it almost two years ago and after using it for 3 - 4 months I put it aside and bought a new one. This phone cannot handle even the simplest tasks, it freezes incredibly, the apps take a long time to open and it is slower than a tractor on the highway. Its screen has terrible blacks in terms of brightness and resolution. The battery for 5000 milliamp hours does not last as long as it should. It is truly a shame that such phones are released on the market and I honestly do not understand why Motorola made such a blunder, just never again Motorola

The worst mobile phone I have ever bought!!! Even if they give it to you for free, it's not worth it. The touch screen constantly freezes. It freezes during calls. It takes a while for them to hear my voice, it freezes in applications. Many times it even takes a long time to restart.
Terrible resolution, bad speaker.. I can't find a single positive thing. Don't buy it!!!!!

The device, although elegant and slim, is very durable and sturdy.
The battery lasts for more than two days with full internet usage and talk time.
Photos and videos are great with very good sound. It also has a separate function to illuminate selfies when in a dark environment.
There are several options in the settings. Overall, it is an easy device to use.
On the downside, the case and the missing indicator lights are negatives.

I have it for 2 months. The touch screen generally freezes, also from app to app it takes time to respond, sometimes the phonebook doesn't open immediately, it takes 10 seconds for the contacts to appear. Personally, I regret buying it.

I use the mobile phone for about 3 weeks.
Negatives:
1) In automatic screen brightness when it is night, it adjusts to the lowest level, resulting in not being able to see, so this setting is useless, you need to adjust the brightness manually.
2) Touching the screen often does not respond, so you need to press 2-3 times in order for it to understand that you want to select something. Overall, the touch screen does not satisfy even in the scrolling sensation.
3) Pressing the on/off button needs to be pressed 2-3 times to lock.
4) The battery lasts a little for about 35 hours with moderate to low usage.
5) The GPS constantly freezes, resulting in showing you 400-500 meters away from your location.

Positives:
1) The fingerprint sensor is in a convenient position and has an immediate response.
Overall, a poor choice

A mobile disgrace literally. In the efficiency tests, it couldn't even complete them, mobiles of 2 and 3 years had better performance than this one. After 4 months of use, after I had deactivated it, when I turned it back on, it simply froze and the touch screen didn't respond, I couldn't even restart it. Buy something else, don't waste your money
