When it's time for the fastest speed and smoothest ride, the men's running shoe Saucony Kinvara 13 is unbeatable in the competition. With a contour for greater dynamic speed and its signature flexible feel, it gives you the push to move forward without anything holding you back.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Unfortunately, the Kinvara 13 is the last in the series without max cushioning, as the 14 is now much bulkier, and all running shoes seem to be heading in that direction. I say unfortunately because we need variety in the shoes we wear, especially those of us who run many kilometers. Max cushioning is good for certain things, but it makes the foot forget to land correctly after a certain point. Plus, 95% of prevention comes from body posture (how you land, where you land, if you hunch, if your muscles are too tight, etc.).
So, the Kinvara was the best in the category of firm outsole + ground feel up until the 13, it was relatively cheap, lightweight, simple, and straightforward. I hope Saucony reconsiders for the 15 or brings the Convergence to Greece. Otherwise, we will go to another brand, maybe Altra.
Well, since I mainly focus on muscle building and have my own weight, I prefer max cushioned shoes, like the top one in my opinion for its price, the NB FreshFoam X More V4. However, in this case, the Kinvara 13 is indeed the top shoe in its price range for everyday runs and lighter runners, like most people. I wonder why they prefer any Pegasus over this one. When I bought it for around 70 euros, it even surpassed the last thing that the Peg had. I haven't tried the 14 and I don't think I will, but it seems that generally companies are moving towards max cushioned and it will be difficult to find a formula that can match NB's performance. For days when I feel like running more freely, the Kinvara 13 is unbeatable. I hope it stays on the market for a long time
Purchase at 80 euros. It is the continuation of the amazing series and its development. User of the entire series and in each model you see its evolution. Shoe for medium and long distances that withstands. Elastic fabric with breathability and stability in running and heel protection. Sole that has reinforcement in the arch and for internal support. Soft and very stable even on uneven terrain, very good energy absorption and very good responsiveness. It is designed to endure and withstand even in intensity fluctuations and fast-paced.
Soft and stable grip, very comfortable with good bounce.
I run almost every day with these shoes, they are the best I have worn so far

Very lightweight and comfortable shoe. You don't feel like you're wearing it. Also, its sole is very high quality.
It's perfect, worth it and more, I highly recommend them to everyone!!!
