I was torn between this option and another one, this Karcher, but I was a bit discouraged by the comments of the second one and I was tempted a bit more by the 1380 watts of the first one, although it is not an absolute rule for higher watts to necessarily translate into better performance.

The quality of its materials is excellent.
The handle of the lance is very convenient.
It is very easy and quick to assemble.
Its noise level is moderate to low for its category.
The length of the power cord is sufficient.
The length of the hose is also good.
I like how it spreads the liquid from the spraying point, while its suction is excellent.
Disposing of the dirty water is very easy with just two movements.
You remove the lid, take out the bucket. Simple.
Refilling with clean liquid is very easy.
Clear and detailed instructions in the user manual in Greek.
It comes with just two accessories.
Unfortunately, the telescopic lance that you see in its advertisements is not included in the package, it is sold separately and costs over 200€.
You will definitely need this accessory for carpets and rugs so that you don't have to bend over.
Therefore, the machine as it comes with its accessories is mainly for seats, sofas, and car interiors.

It is a serious and reliable company, it provides support and warranty.

It is lightweight when empty.
Clearly, with the filled containers, it is not easily lifted, nor is it necessary, as it has wheels.
It is probably easy to store.
However, I miss the elastic straps for holding the accessories.
The price of it is a bit high compared to the competition.

If any reliability or material failure issue arises, I will return, but I am positively predisposed that it is a sturdy machine for organic cleaning that will "last".

Everything I mentioned above is true.
However!
In my attempt to purchase an accessory for this vacuum cleaner, specifically the extension for carpet cleaning, the service from the dealership (central) was disappointing.
It is worth mentioning that I tried more than 5 times (!) at different time intervals to purchase the said accessory and after receiving assurance each time that they would contact me regarding the cost and availability, none of the 5 times did they actually follow through.
Even today, I have no idea how much it costs.
Unacceptable service.
I tremble at the idea of any of its accessories breaking.
