It is stable, has clips to hold the cables, has screws for securing the monitors, and the height is relatively easy to adjust (before placing the monitors on it). Overall, excellent for its price. A couple of conveniences are missing, such as being able to adjust the height after placing the monitor or an adjustment so that the top monitor is a little further out than the bottom one to "tilt" slightly for better viewing when it's very high. But for its price, it's just fine.

It does what it says and more. The truth is that the triangle it has as a base is a bit awkward, unless you put a laptop on top of it and under one of the screens. I tried to make a makeshift bracket with a clamp and screw it in because it is more practical, but unfortunately it is not possible because it has 3 screws on the base, and they were not compatible even though they were identical. If you are in the mood for inventions, it's worth a few more tests, but overall it is very good for the weight it can hold. If I had to find a negative, it would be the rings that hold the screens on the rod, they are quite stiff to tighten, so they require a good amount of force. Don't be afraid, just make sure to tighten them all the way to hold the screen properly.
Very sturdy construction and easy assembly. However, I would prefer it to be 10 cm taller because if you place two 24-inch monitors, one below the other, depending on where they have placed the VESA mount of the monitors, the bottom monitor goes down very low from eye level (to accommodate the top one) and it doesn't help much with work.
Perfect stand, I only use the top part for a second monitor I have so that it is above my main monitor.
My main monitor is the Samsung Odyssey G9 and I have it on its own stand, but it is 49 inches and takes up ALL of my desk even though it is huge. So I wanted the second monitor I use to be above it. With this stand, I placed it quite high and I can see it perfectly clear.
The only downside is that this stand has a huge triangle that takes up a lot of space on the desk, I would really like it to be with a clamp so I could place it exactly in the middle of the desk and thus in the middle above the G9, but with this stand it is not possible because it rests on the also huge stand of the G9.
Anyway, what I wanted I achieved and I am amazed by the quality and the low price of the stand.
