Common experience in both products we bought was that the plastic lid broke in less than a year of use. While it seems that they have implemented an interesting patent for better washing (the lid consists of separate hard outer frame, rubber for good fit, valve, and transparent-decorated plastic), in practice the transparent part is not durable and breaks. I do not recommend it.
