The TV was purchased on the 2nd of the 23rd and after 4 months a problem with the screen appeared. The brightness dropped so low that you could barely distinguish the image! Contacting Samsung, they informed me that it was a software error and a relevant upgrade would need to be made to solve the problem. I took it myself to the authorized service and it was repaired after 4 days. It has been a short time since the upgrade and the TV is working normally. ... time will tell!

As mentioned by a previous reviewer, the 75" TV (purchased less than 2 months ago) suddenly lost at least 80% of its brightness. You can barely see the menu. Contacting Samsung, they mentioned that it was due to a software update that will be released TOMORROW, 15/06/23. So, I'm waiting anxiously, on edge, without a TV for 3 days now. Your conclusions.

When I contacted the dealership, they said it was due to some upgrade and a new one would come at some point (within a week).... When I asked them to send a technician to manually install it, they said that's not possible and to wait as long as needed without a TV until Samsung deigns to upgrade the software online. Far away....

There was uncertainty whether to buy at 75 or 85 inches. I advise anyone not to make the mistake of buying 75. The future is in size and this particular option is both discreet and satisfies the cutting edge of technology. A purchase that will be remembered forever. Just be careful with transportation :) It doesn't fit in an elevator and the buyer will struggle if they live in a high-rise apartment building. I bought the 55' for 750 euros with a 190 euro gift voucher return. It's worth the money for its picture and build quality. Nice picture and colors even on basic channels. It's quite heavy for my expectations. The remote is mini and minimal and requires some getting used to. The volume and channel change buttons require three movements each (up, down, and center press). The menu takes a little searching, but it's relatively easy. The sound is so-so, but it improves slightly with the boost function. The base, although it appears to be small for its size, does its job well and keeps the TV stable.

The channel ranking function can only be done through the remote control, and the hybrid function requires a double press of the colorful button. Excellent television. Purchased at 65 inches on a great offer from a major chain with a benefit of €300 and VAT included at €980. The menu is quite user-friendly (switched from Sony Bravia without android) with several pre-installed applications and the ability to download additional applications from its own store (cosmote, spotify, plex, etc.). The response is also very fast. The remote control is small and lightweight with solar charging but also with a cable (not included). Within a few minutes, the hand "goes on its own"! The sound is quite basic (logical in such a thin design television) but has been connected to a soundbar, so problem solved. The image, especially in 4K videos (youtube, netflix), is truly captivating! Samsung's smart things connected perfectly with google home! At the offer price it was purchased, I consider it a one-way street for 65 inches, especially for the 2022 line up. Now at full price, I don't know if it's the number one choice.
