Terrible. It doesn't have a central on/off switch (you have to unplug it from the socket). It doesn't have a removable water tank (you have to aim the hole to prevent spills). It doesn't have a detachable espresso container. It also doesn't have a water scale to know how many cups you're making. The filter is a basket type and it's not sufficient for one cup of coffee

The French coffee is fast and very aromatic, the espresso is perfect with plenty of foam, I couldn't manage to make the frothed milk because I have no experience, just know that it requires the right type of milk. I bought a device from a well-known German supermarket for 20 euros which can make both hot and cold frothed milk. Honestly, one of the best purchases I have made. In the 3 years of use, it needed to be cleaned twice with a special liquid (which costs about 5 euros and lasts for at least 2 uses) from the supermarket, that is, at the beginning or end of each season.

And the 3 functions are perfect, the frothing requires experience to achieve it. The only disadvantage is the container that you can't see the level and it fills a little difficultly. But this would fix the problem if there was another switch for the French eye, although no machine has it.

The espresso is pretty good, definitely better than capsules, but not of top quality. I haven't used the nozzle, so I have no opinion on that. My complaint is about the water tank, I can't tell how much water is inside, it doesn't detach nor have any external indicator. It is a good "2 in 1" solution, however, if something breaks in one of the two parts, you have to replace the entire coffee maker.

In the two years, something went wrong with the espresso function. The water does not heat up, resulting in incorrect coffee output. Unfortunately, no one is willing to fix it, as I was told that the spare part is not available. So, if the warranty expires and it breaks, it's going to be thrown away.

But now (and that's why I'm looking for a new machine) it comes out burnt. The light that indicates when it's ready is broken and only lights up for a second. If you don't notice it, you waste the coffee (I'm talking about delaying for five seconds). It comes out burnt and without crema.
As for the French coffee, I was never satisfied. Firstly, the part where the filter goes is not conical but has a cylindrical basket with its own filter. Needless to say, it doesn't hold the coffee and I find pieces in my coffee. Even if I use my own filter, due to the design, the coffee still comes out. The only drawback is the awkward placement of the water container. It's a bit difficult to fill. Also, you can't see the water level externally, and in general, it's not easy to see how much you have put in. Finally, the 10 cups should be reduced to 8 in the filter. It definitely doesn't make 10 cups, but it quickly makes the filter.
