The phone for its price of 250 (summer 2022) was worth it a lot because of the features it offers you for that money. Also, I have had it for 2 years and I do not regret at all making this purchase. I will definitely choose Xiaomi again
Having the 8pro, which was excellent, the 11pro is quite disappointing. Very poor photos and it starts to lag. Generally, never again Xiaomi, from what I read and from other reviews on other phones.
From the first moment, I understood that something is not right.
The music app opens and you can only find it when you go to the list with the mp3s. There is not even an icon to have it on the home screen.
It is slower than delay. It freezes incredibly even in the simplest use. The zoom on the camera is simply there to exist. The 108 MP are virtual. The AI likewise... And many many other negatives. Overall, I think 360€ is enough for Xiaomi and for this quality. The only positive thing is its design...
In my opinion, it belongs to the upper mid-range mobile phones. The super AMOLED screen is one of its main advantages. It is very fast without any lag, has a powerful speaker, and charges very quickly with its 67-watt charger that comes with the package.
It has NFC. The camera is quite good, although I appreciate that the cost increases significantly for mobile phones with even better cameras.
It is very aesthetically pleasing, especially the Atlantic Blue color, but it will definitely need a back case (which comes with the package) because it is made of glass, so it is likely to be fragile in case of falls.
Immediate connectivity to 5G, Bluetooth.
If you use multimedia (YouTube, web radio, etc.) for several hours, the battery easily drains, but the good thing is that it charges quickly (around 45 minutes).
I don't have an opinion on games, as I don't engage with them
I bought the phone in early 2023, I had the Redmi Note 8 Pro which was not performing well, so I switched to the 11 Pro 5g.
The positive aspects, which are VERY FEW: The dual speakers do a very good job, the sound is loud, the caller's voice is clear during calls, and the battery holds up well.
Negatives: It is unacceptable for a phone in 2022 not to have video recording at 1080 30P, simply unacceptable. The phone, despite having 8GB RAM, freezes inexplicably even at the 120HZ setting (why did they even include 60HZ, I wanted to know), and I will also tell you about another tragic thing I noticed.
Since I mainly use my phones for video recording and editing, both on the 8 Pro and the 11 Pro 5g, I use the "Kinemaster" app.
The videos that I recorded at 1080 30p on the 11 Pro 5g, Kinemaster did not accept them due to the LACK OF SUPPORT FOR THAT RESOLUTION!!!
So, I searched for the phone's specifications in Kinemaster and it showed me the MAXIMUM supported video resolution as 720 30p, while the same program on the 8 Pro could handle 1440 60P!!!
I cannot give an opinion on gaming because I don't play on my phone.
I know that many users have identified many negatives with this phone, so don't start with the "you get what you pay for" argument because the phone cost 320E, while the 8 Pro was half the price and was SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER than this model.
That's why many Xiaomi supporters noticed that the quality of their phones started to decline after the 9 Pro
I have it for a year and I am very satisfied. The battery easily lasts 2.5 days without charging with normal use. The photos are average in quality. No issues with usage.
I had bought it for 300€. After a year of use, the battery, screen quality, and lack of freezing are the positive aspects. The problem lies with the camera and therefore its photos, which usually lack in quality, especially at night.
Very good mobile phone, long battery life (lasts over a day with full use), amazing camera and very fast response from the phone, it doesn't freeze anywhere.
Very good!!! It doesn't lag anywhere, literally!!! I use it for editing, livestreaming, social media, and a little bit of photography and I am 100% satisfied!! The only negative thing is the battery, but it charges in 35-40 minutes, so it's okay.
Wasted money. You're really paying 400 euros for a phone that freezes during simple multitasking in the first 3 months, the battery life drops instantly and as if that wasn't enough, it restarts on its own and heats up! I should emphasize that I don't use the device for gaming or any other demanding task. It's the last Xiaomi phone that passes through my hands.
I have a Note 8 Pro with an MTK processor and the Note 11 Pro with Snapdragon.
Literally, there is no comparison - the 11 handles video processing effortlessly, even without any strain... the 8 never lags or freezes anywhere.
In no way is the 11 worth purchasing.
I have had the phone for 2 weeks now, it's comfortable, fast, takes nice photos with good resolution (replacing the Redmi Note 7), but I was surprised that out of the 6GB of RAM, only about 2GB are free, and the battery runs out very quickly. I use the phone for simple tasks like social media, photos, and no games.
The mobile is amazing! Great screen, rich colors. Guys, what's going on with Android and the burden on RAM memory? A phone with 4GB RAM has only 1GB free. A phone with 6GB RAM has 2GB free. I got my phone with 8GB RAM and still have 3GB free. Maybe that's why I have no complaints. It's like the apps we download are stored in RAM memory and not in ROM memory! I play four games, how much memory do I need? The old REDMI NOTE 10 PRO has three games because the fourth is not compatible, and only 1GB is left from the 6GB RAM! It can't be explained otherwise, apps are probably stored in RAM memory. So, we are forced to buy phones with 8GB RAM. Unfortunately!!
Due to my job, I currently have four very expensive smartphones, which I consider as treasures. One of them is personally owned by me, while the others belong to the company but I am the one using them. This particular device was given to me as a corporate contract benefit. Honestly, I didn't think much of it when I received it, considering it was only worth 350 euros. However, I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. The screen has beautiful colors and a velvety smooth scrolling experience. Its speed is very good and satisfying. To give you an idea, the Xiaomi 13 Pro worth 1,400 euros does not have a card slot, headphone jack, or LED notification, while this device has all of those features. The stereo sound with Dolby Atmos is very clear and of high quality, with good volume levels. The battery life is impressive, with a charging time of only 40 minutes from 0% to 100%. Its camera capabilities are also satisfying. Although not perfect, it is still a great smartphone for 2022, with updates from the company to make its performance even better. Unfortunately, I had an incident where it fell from the fifth floor and the screen broke due to someone's immaturity. Despite that, I am still impressed with its durability. I highly recommend this device without any hesitation. Just make sure not to download any dangerous apps and take good care of it. With my experience, I can confidently say that you can purchase it without any worries.
Generally, I have no complaints. Only one thing has happened twice, to completely shut down without any reason, and as a result, it has done some strange processing on the contacts. And it's only a 2-month-old phone. Shocking. Apart from that, the sound is good, the screen and functionality are good. Not really money for value.
It's very fast, easy to use, has a good camera, great performance for video, browsing, mp3 player, social media - doesn't lag - the speaker could be stronger when making calls. For the money I paid, €275, I think it's a great value.
Wasted money... The oldest model of the 10th grade with better resolution. The camera cannot be 108 and the videos are terrible, after 2 months of use it freezes and the battery runs out quickly. Don't buy it, it's a waste of money...
One of the best mobile phones I have ever held in my hands. Specifically:
-The OLED screen is very good to the point that when it turned black on the screen (from a video) I thought the phone was turning off, equally good resolution. The 120hz is a huge difference and there is no noticeable difference in battery consumption.
-The speakers support Dolby Atmos, which you can turn off if you want, but it greatly improves the sound quality even though the volume is somewhat lowered, but it doesn't really lower it, both speakers are activated and the phone must be placed on a surface so that the sound reflects from it.
-The camera has amazing features, although in automatic mode it doesn't take as good photos as in professional mode. For those who know how to handle the numbers and understand the functions in Pro mode, it has an excellent camera. However, those who rely on automatic mode may not be disappointed, it just overexposes the photos and they come out much brighter if there is enough light.
-Overall, the phone is fast, doesn't freeze anywhere, and hasn't given me any issues with the touchscreen.
Quite a quality phone for its price, if you find it for 250 it will be like stealing from a church, really.
The downside is its highly promising battery. It lasts a day with normal use like the rest. It freezes on restart, and I haven't tested it yet on nighttime shots, but in low light it takes better ones than the poco, which was terrible in photos. Its menu is very different, and I still struggle to get used to it.
I believe it's good value for money. The camera is okay, but with a little editing the photos can be improved. The sound is good, it's fast for gaming and doesn't lag. It's a good choice for its category.
Very powerful phone, best value for money for its price (I bought it for about 320 euros). It's practically the previous model (the 13 is already out), but its specs are exceptional. They could have done a better job with the camera (very high resolution, mediocre photo quality), but it's OK. The sound of the external speakers is excellent.
NO.
NO.
NO.
Having "invested" in Xiaomi, be4 it was cool, I have bought and gifted more than 15 Redmi phones since 2016 onwards (Redmi, Note Pro, Max).
This is the biggest disappointment so far.
I needed the camera for outdoor shots, so I decided to go for a budget MP: but no, the photos are not even close to the 64 MP of the previous Redmi Note 9 Pro (which was THE star, overall).
Bonus points for the constant crashes, just because it can. Even though I don't really do much on my phone at the same time.
If I knew that it DOES NOT accept 2 SIM cards + microsd, I wouldn't have bought it at all. Come on, seriously.
Avoid.
Well, I am the owner of the Redmi Note 10 Pro, which is an amazing phone. However, when I first got it, I experienced some glitches, but I managed to figure out why. Some sellers advertise it as having 8GB of RAM, but it actually only has 6GB with the memory extension activated from the hard drive, causing the phone to lag. Close the extension to make it 6GB and the phone will run smoothly with 120Hz.
I had the Samsung Galaxy A20e with a broken battery and screen, so it was a huge upgrade to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. I've had the phone for almost a month now and everything works fantastically except for video recording and photos because the image is very blurry. But for the money, I think it's the best smartphone on the market. I recommend it with closed eyes.
The mobile phone arrived in great condition, but the charging cable was missing from the box, so I had to buy another one. The phone is flawless and worth its money.
